From the initial phone call to the plumber leaving the house they were polite and professional. The plumber was very good and knew exactly what needed to be done. Clean and tidy in his work too.

Responded fast, gave me an accurate ETA and solved the issue quickly.

Anthony from Plumbforce attended on Saturday morning ( after call out on Friday) and quickly diagnosed problem and source of leak. Sourced replacement part and fitted then recommissioned boiler and tested to our satisfaction. Also helped diagnosed source of leak around hot water tank ( shower pump)

Rang last Thursday morning when I discovered I had no hot water. Spoke to a very helpful lady who said they could get someone to me in an hour. Operative arrived diagnosed the problem, and a few other pending issues. Got a quote for those, and a replacement boiler (old one was 14 yrs old). Sourced the boiler, came back in the afternoon with a mate and they had the job finished in 3 hours. I probably could have got a replacement boiler a bit cheaper if I had ring around, but I wouldn't have got it fitted anywhere near as quickly. Really satisfied with the service and will use Plumbforce again.

Just had my gas cooker disconnected and new one installed. The whole booking process from booking was so quick and easy and I had it all done the same day. The price was very reasonable too. I am sure I will use them again soon as I have another project in the kitchen involving pipe work. The guy who came to actually fit the cooker was really friendly too which is always a bonus.
