Plants arrived in great condition. Delivery person went the extra mile since his truck didn't fit on my street. He had to hike up.

This is the second time I purchase plants from plants express and twice now part of the order starts to die off pretty quickly. The Dymondia Silver Carpet has some web-like fungus/mold.
In the beginning, it was terrific
In the beginning, it was terrific. Now I am very dismayed over half the plants have died. I emailed several times requesting help and no one has contacted me back.
