The plants seem to be hardy and are currently planted and growing. When I called customer service of a potential problem, they were eager to help and pleasant to talk to. They ensured me that there was no problem and confirmed the delivery date and address. I would order from Plants Express again.
Waste
Two of the 5 gallon podocarpus trees I ordered were dried out and dead with regular care within 2 months. Do not purchase here.
