Healthy at a good price but ask one thing
Great customer service, plants were the sizes advertised and look healthy so far (roughly three weeks from being planted). When ordering though, ask them to use proper wood stakes for these plants. About half of our order came with the appropriately strong wood stakes but half came with flimsy bamboo stakes that will have to be replaced very soon as they will not support the plants adequately. Adds additional cost and hours of work restaking an order of 85 plants.
Gorgeous trees and great delivery
We've made multiple purchases from Plants Express over the past two years, and everything has always been excellent. These lovely trees are no exception; they are gorgeous—full, lush, tall, and very healthy looking. The delivery was also wonderful; the driver was friendly, professional, and very helpful in getting the potted trees to the location where we needed them to rest before installation. This is our go-to source for plants and trees here in California, and we'll be back for more.

Tree looks good overall. It is smaller than expected for 15 - gallon size compared to the 10 - gallon one at HD garden center that I saw on the other day and their price is $20 cheaper. Quick delivery

The plants all arrived and looked healthy. We order a 5 pack of 5 gallon Podocarpus Gracilior. They didn't appear to be 5 gallon, instead more of a 3 gallon plant. This is the second time I ordered a 5 pack. The first ones were twice the size of the second five pack ordered.
