I'll try to be brief. I'm an old man. I don't know how I found myself on this site. It was thrilling but if I had paid attention to their own description, I would have realized it wasn't meant for people to get physically connected. It's not a dating site. I believe the following is their own description: Placetochat is an online socializing platform designed to help you practice communication skills, regain confidence, and connect with a supportive community. The first thing I found a bit odd was that it was based in Gibraltar. I wondered why but maybe I'm biased because I live in North America. The next thing is that I was continually receiving messages from young woman who "liked my profile". The only actual information in my profile was my birth date, which puts me at 75. I might have been physically appealing in my youth, but no longer. So why are 20,30 and 40 year-old woman interested? Other than "I'm a nice guy", there's not much else in that profile. I was on for maybe two weeks, I fell in love with one woman and felt sexually stimulated for several days. It was the most exciting experience I can recall having in my life. Too bad it wasn't real. The fact that they won't let you share personal information with your correspondents could be explained by the fact that you pay to use the site and communicate with others. But it also underlines the fact that this is not a dating site, so don't expect to ever meet that person you fell in love with. Putting this together, I concluded as follows. I could be wrong. There are pictures of these beautiful women on the site and the one you connect (or think you are connecting) with may send you other, sexy, photos, stills or videos. The woman I was supposedly communicating with had good English language skills. But her spoken English was almost incomprehensible. Ok, she was from Colombia, maybe that was it. She had a name, a first name only, and she was supposedly 40 years old. So what did I have? I had a name, some photos, some audiovisual material, and some written text from this woman expressing her love for me after a couple of days. Seem normal to you? I concluded that the person whose photos were so appealing was not necessarily the person composing the written messages or the oral communications. I concluded that I was dealing with a composite. It was amazingly stimulating but of no use. And realizing this, it left me with a broken heart. If all you want is to look at revealing pictures of beautiful women, there are free sites where you can do that. I spent about $2,000 in a period of two weeks – not a fortune, but a lot more expensive than my telecom provider. I wish you well.
