You: I did not receive any services, was charged one dollar last month on my credit card, and now am being charged $18.95; I assume that I overlooked something in the contract disclosure, but I had withdrawn from the interview process when you asked for my social security information. Shirley: OK, I have cancelled your Phone Agent Source Membership effective immediately.

You: Can you please refund the $18.95 charge that is presently on my credit card? Thank you.
Shirley: I am sorry, but the Phone Agent Source Membership fee is not refundable. However; we do not want to see any unhappy customers, so I have spoken with my Manager and he has authorized me to refund 50% of the membership charge to your account. Is this an acceptable solution for you?
You: This is not acceptable. Your organization is participating in fraud. Please refund it all. Thank you.
Shirley: We apologize for the inconvenience. There was clearly some confusion with this purchase. We do not want to see our customers unhappy. We will issue a full 100% refund to the credit card you purchased from. The refund will take 5 -10 Days to show on your credit card statement.
