No response from customer service when I asked for a refund. Reported the purchase to my credit card company as fraud.

Two years later they respond telling me to "$#*! off"

I placed an order for my daughter for a fidget bracelet and paid and received the email confirmation Over a month ago and have not received a single email or response back I have not receive my order and I have sent them email after email asking where my order I paid for is and why I have not received it or any shipping information. I have not received a SINGLE reply back they took my money and did not fulfill my order and can't even respond to the support messages and their is no phone number to call this is scam website DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! You will lose your money!

I love the assortment of items and free shipping. The package arrived in my country within 3 days but took a further 12 days to be released from customs (didn't have to pay for import duties). I will definitely buy again soon!

The product was as advertised. Absolutely love it. Worked immediately after putting it on. Instructions were easy. Will definitely order again.

This is my second purchase from PeekWise because the first one was so positive. I've had such bad experiences ordering online that I promised I'd only order from reputable marketplaces because they back their products if you have problems with returns but PeekWise is my ONLY exception. The light was delivered quickly and most importantly- was what I ordered.

I have been hesitant to order from abroad as stuff goes. Usually it's poor quality and nothing like the adverts but PeekWise appeared different so I gave them a go and I'm glad I did 3 purchases. All 3 delivered and all quality and value for money they arrived separately and in very good time so I'll definitely buy from them again and I recommend you folks do too
