I also tested the OCR tool on an older scanned document. Even though the original wasn't very clear, it recognized most of the text correctly. That saved me from having to type everything again manually.

The website appears in the search results as a free PDF converter, but when you upload the file to convert and view it (because you can't see it), it forces you to choose one of its subscription programs. It has very attractive (low) prices for a 7-day subscription, but be careful, as all subscriptions are auto-renewing. I chose the cheapest option because I only wanted to use it once. When I paid, I saw the conversion from PDF to PPTX (Power Point). It was a disaster because the font was completely unreadable. I contacted them via chat. They just replied that they were sorry and that they would work on the product. I thought, great, they would fix my file and send it back to me, but no, they will work on their system. It's a waste of time buying crap from them.
