Delivery came quickly and as advertised. Device and parts were all there, in spite of a poor packaging job that left plenty of space to reach in a grab components. I've included pictures. Regardless, my device works well and I"m happy with it, but I'm just relieved it all made it.

The Meridian 9417 two-line phone was packed securely, shipped promptly, and arrived on time. The phone was advertised as being in Grade A condition, and I agree with that assessment. It was very clean, looked well cared for, and works exactly as intended. I also appreciate that the phones are refurbished on-site rather than being sent overseas for refurbishment. Knowing where and how the equipment was handled gives me additional confidence, particularly when purchasing telecommunications equipment. One area that could be improved is shipment communication. I did not receive an email confirmation when the order shipped, even after checking my spam folder and reviewing the order status several times. This may have simply been a technical glitch, but a shipment confirmation with tracking information would have been helpful. It would also be useful to clarify whether the estimated shipping time includes order-processing time. For example, when UPS 3 Day Select is listed, customers may not know whether that means delivery within three business days of placing the order or three business days after processing and shipment. Overall, I am very pleased with the phone, its condition, and the service. I would feel comfortable purchasing from this company again.

This was a discounted refurbished PC and was reasonably priced. They upgraded my RAM upon request with little cost to me. Easy to contact, efficient with quick delivery services. The item was wrapped well for shipping.

Laptop arrived with battery unable to hold any charge. Phone call to company explaining situation resulted in a promise to send a new battery. Received a message that no battery in stock meant they would send one after they obtained one. I am waiting now. It has only been a week and over the July 4th weekend.

In 2019, I purchased a "twin" to my 20" HP monitor, and have been extremely satisfied with it (5* for that one). I decided I wanted 2 more large monitors for my home office, and found another pair of HPs. I took off one star only because they were rather dirty when I checked them for any shipping damage (the boxes had some dents, one had a hole, but this was not PCL's fault. UPS... if you can hear me... be more careful!). They looked okay, so plugged them in & powered up. Appear to work fine, but I have not hooked them up to my laptop & docking station yet (home office not yet set up). Hopefully I will find no issues when I'm fully up and running, but I'm very optimistic. Thank you PCL!

It is showing faults, we are troubleshooting, also it came with a 30 amp plug on it, use to that with the 24 outlet units, never seen one on an 8 before, will let you know if we get it working.

The packing was great. Item works as intended. Only complaint I have is their only payment option was American Express, which I had to open. I didn't need, nor wanted, another credit card.

Usual prompt delivery; however my "grade A" refurbished PC seemed more like a "grade B" this time showing a big scratch on the face plate and some small bumps on the cabinet. This is different from my experience in the past as I have purchased several units.

Very good dealing with customer service and even with the faster than expected shipping. But, I wish the components I had ordered had come with instructions. I'm working through trying to figure that out now

Lap top does not charge. Red light stays on unit when plugged in and unit gets very hot to touch. Laptop will not turn on without being plugged in. So isn't holding charge. Need steps to return shipment asap. Left message with customer service and no return call. Please call or email with steps to return. *******216.

Excellent experience! I ordered a printer head for my Okidata printer, and the part arrived quickly and worked perfectly. My printer is running like new again. The company was also very responsive and answered my email promptly, which I greatly appreciated. Fast shipping, great customer service, and a quality product. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I ordered a phone system with additional parts to work with it. They didn't have the phone system. I found out after I had paid for it, but the additional were sent and they were useless without the main system. I had to find another company to get that system from and it delayed out installation. Next time they should call if they don't have the complete order and I was told that I would have pay to send the additional parts back for credit, so I kept them.

Order phones but unfortunately they did not fit our need so they were returned. Order arrived in a timely manner and phones were in great condition. Return experience was easy and quickly refunded.

I bought a refurbished Lenovo workstation from PC Liquidations due to the cost savings, but also the time savings. With the current tariff situation, a new pc from Lenovo would require extensive lead time. I bought the lower quality "good" vs. "best" designation. Looks brand new to me.

Product shipped and arrived quickly with regular updates on the status. Everything was packed well and arrived undamaged and as described on the site. Would buy again for sure.

Nothing about the grade A Dell laptop I received would indicate it was refurbished, from the finish to the operation. The first thing I did when I received it was a battery check and it was 100%, just like a new battery. Great price too. I'll be a return customer for sure.

I got my Laptop and it seemed to be a good one. Then I tried to use the number pad to enter an address into Google Earth and it did not enter any numbers. Then I put it away for a while and then used the number pad to open it with my pin. It opened so I tried the same google earth address entry and it did the same thing it did not enter any numbers.

As for the experience of ordering my PC it was fine. But I am having issues with a return of Blue Tooth Drive. I got a RMA but you are still asking for it again. What is the problem? Not happy!

The computer arrived on time and the tracking information was accurate. The computer (Dell Laptop) was packaged superbly and the power cord was included. I pluged it in and it started properly the first time. I entered the required identification and loaded Microsoft 365 without any problems. Transfered all the data I would need from the old computer and everything is working great. My only problem is getting used to Windows 11. Also the price was great for what I got. Thank you for everything.

I liked the price of the laptop I got. It is way more affordable than anything else in the market. My one gripe I have is with the shipping process. It took almost a week for them to even ship my laptop and the shipping was originally set for 3-6 days. I had to call 3 times over 3 different days to get them to finally ship my order but I will say they expedited my shipping to get it here a little faster than what I originally paid for. If you need a computer very quickly then this might not be for you but if you're okay with waiting a little longer for a decent markdown then I'd say go for it.

I received the item just fine, and I am happy. What I am not happy about is the number of marketing emails trying to sell me other items! I unsubscribe, unsubscribe, unsubscribe, and now they want to know if I got the item under the guise of "Rate your experience." WHAT!?! My experience is terrible. I wanted to buy an item, but at the added cost of being spammed. NO THANK YOU! I will start reporting their emails to Microsoft as spam. They can't take the instructions to stop emailing me.

It's working OK. I expected to be able to add memory, but memory of old Len W540 doesn't work in it. I suppose that everyone does not use that much memory anymore?

I received my refurbished laptop with everything that came with it. However, when I delivered the laptop to my hardware guy for set-up. He received the message "no hard drive". He opened up the computer and discovered that there was a hard drive but evidently it had become disconnected in transit. He removed the hard drive and then reinstalled it and the laptop powered up successfully. The college student I had gifted the laptop to is now able to use it.

I am LOVING my new Dell Windows 11 laptop. They didn't have the unit I ordered, so they upgraded me to a better one, which i very much appreciate. Another GREAT transaction with the folks at PC Liquidations

I had to do a lot of my own research with google because I wanted a laptop that would work with a docking station I had bought previously for work and was still using a 10+ year old laptop with a 2.1gHz CPU and oddly 6gb of RAM. Used userbenchmarks to check the CPUs because I also didnt want to "downgrade". I did use a coupon code for 10% that basically almost covered regular shipping. The laptop I got was graded a B but looked good, it had a weird nasty rubber coat near where you would put your wrists but it was a common manufacturer issue. I did find out that if I was going to spend a bit more and didn't use the coupon code I could've just gotten a gaming laptop with a dedicated GPU. Because my order was around $360 probably would've gone to $400+ without the coupon, gaming laptop might been around $530+tax.

Kenneth contacted me to advise me of a stock out on the original LCD monitor I picked. He found another one that will suit my needs and that is what was shipped to me weeks ago and I received it weeks ago. Great work by Kenneth! This review is marked for today 9/18/25 but it actually occurred weeks ago, AFFIRM is still saying that PC Liquidations has a hold up on it for some reason which AFFIRM is NOT allowing me to pay the balance off. They refuse to cancel the AUTO PAY so that I can pay the full balance as of 9/17/25. How stupid! I should be able to pay off the $62.00+ change balance at my will being the CUSTOMER!

Said laptop was b grade with scratches this laptop looks a grade with only one scratches barely visible. 10/10 would use again!

The monitor was delivered safely in good shape as expected. I have used it for 3 months since and did not come across any issues so far.
