Dishonest seller and money-greedy. Terrible communication. Never responded to my 2 emails about wanting to cancel an order - which also goes against the stores own cancellation policies as they allow for cancellations. Also lied to me about the item being shipped to me already, however as I checked on the DHL site it wasn't even collected yet.
I ordered the Masters of the Universe Slamurai action figure on the US retro play card as pictured for sale in the listing.I received the International card version,which I wouldn't have ordered. I inquired about it and was ignored but noticed the listing was corrected after I said something.Not happy.
I bought three figurines from this a hole and I received two, in which one was the wrong order. Very uneducated and desperate owner. He purposely sends you stuff that he can't sell in hopes that you don't open a return or forget about it.

Stay away from this site, the owner sold me a SDCC masters of the universe toy, Item was shipped to the wrong address owner said the post office said call back in a week I guess he doesnt look at shipping address, he gave me the wrong shipping number but puts the blame on the post office. I have sent several email with no response. I'm glad I paid through paypal
So I can get a refund.
Figures arrived damaged and no response from sellers. Figures were poorly packaged. Do not recommend!
I ordered an 1/32 scale Batmobile and when it arrived it was 1/43. I contacted Paul and let him know I wanted a refund. I paid the shipping for the item, had it tracked, and it was picked up by Paulmartstore on September 26,2017, at 8:06 am. It is now October 7th and I still have not been refunded my money. He has not responded to emails or phone calls within their posted "24 hrs Mon-Friday" windows on their website. I caution anyone shopping there that they are both deceitful in their marketing and thieves in their returns.

My son found out about this site from a YouTube toy review channel he frequently watches. He has been hooked ever since. He collects Disney Cars diecast cars and Paulmartstore has some that he has been unable to find anywhere else. Shipping is free and the prices are reasonable! Convenient service too with text, Facebook and email updates! We both love it!

I have bought two items and paid for each one 20$00 USA - 40$00. The seller sent the two in one shipment and kept the other for his benefit! I don´t think that this is correct and if the items would be blocked in custos i would have to pay a lot more. For sure I will not repeat the bad experience!
Other than getting the delivery address wrong. But he resent the items again and I received them in a short time
