I recently purchased an iPhone 11 from OzMobiles and my phone auto filled my details in and unfortunately input my old address (I'd moved a few months ago), so the phone couldn't be delivered and got sent back to OzMobiles. Sadly the return trip for the phone to OzMobiles was bungled and so it was taking really long for them to receive the returned phone and credit me so I can repurchase it. I reached out to their customer service team who responded promptly and went ahead to credit me which allowed me purchase another phone, of course I manual input my address and double checked too. I must commend Chris in customer service. He was amazing.

Purchased a refurbished iphone. Screen cracked while in my bag 3 months later. Was never dropped. Never had an iphone screen crack in my bag before. Anyway, about 2 months after this the phone started playing up and clicking on its own. Thats never happened to me with an iphone either. Was still under warranty, however the tiny crack in the phone voided warranty. I reckon this use cheap screens. Such a HUGE $#*!ing waste of money. I would NEVER buy from them again. BEWARE

OzMobile sent me an Iphone 7 with scratches all over it this was supposed to be arefurbished phone but was not in an acceptable condition. If you are considering buying from OzMobile I would not reccomend you do they are not contactable by phone if you need to complain. The only way you can do it is my their system which is not complaetly user friendly. They claim to get back to you within 6 hours and they do not do so. Stay away from this company or buying any refurbished phones online not worth it costs you more than a new phone in the end.

Bought a phone used less than 3 month, contacted the costumer care in regards to the faulty product they then replied by saying they will replace it and sent a shipping link then after 2 days I got this

Your package was received, but unfortunately the cause of the screen issues are the significant cracks along the bottom of the screen caused by a significant drop or impact. See attachment. Damage caused by mishandling is not covered by warranty, so we have no choice but to return it to you as-is.

After purchasing my iPhone 8 plus I was disappointed with the customer service. And they canceled my account. 3.5 months later the display went black. I took it to an authorized apple representative and found out the screen is a non-geniune apple. No warranty through apple but Ozmobile says 12-month warranty but must be through them to repair with a non-geniune apple parts. So therefore its not really a Grade A apple phone its a Grade A part non all apple. Please buy our not all apple iphone should be their advert. Dont buy from oz mobile they seem fake frauds of apple iphones.

I purchased a second hand iphone 7 and ahd some issues with teh screen the guys from custromer service were great, very ahppy and i felt like they actually cared about helping me fix the problem, defintely recoomend 100%

Bought an ex display iPhone 6s plus a few months ago and was very happy with the timely delivery and the phone itself as there wasn't a mark on it. Unfortunately, a few months after purchase, during a holiday overseas, the camera developed a shake leaving my photos blurry. Contacted OzMobiles to let them know. Sent back the phone to have it checked out and then a new one was to be sent in it's place. Sadly, no ex display models were available so I was given several options, ie to have my phone fixed with a 2 week turnaround, select a replacement from their website with $20 extra allowed or to accept a good condition one with a refund of the extra cost I'd paid for the ex display model. I chose, with trepidation, to take the good condition phone and I'm delighted I did. Again, there is not a mark on the phone, no scratches or bumps or anything apparent. I also know that if I were to find a problem, their warranty system works really well! I have been delighted with the quick responses to emails, great advice and help I received from the staff and again, the speed of delivery of my replacement phone. So pleased I found OzMobiles. Thank you to all who I have dealt with recently.

Yes you might save a few extra dollars, but its is not worth the waste of time, money and bother. I was like you, looking at the reviews tossing up whether its worth the risk to save those couple hundred dollars. "It's got full warranty" I thought.
Well, I gave it a shot and bought the 256gb iPhone 7 Plus (ex-demo). Within a few weeks a bluish ink substance was leaking from the sides of the phone and also started noticing that the sound quality was incredibly inferior during calls (almost a muffled sound). Friends told me that my phone was by far the worst call quality they had experienced. No one could believe it when I showed the blue substance coming out the sides.
I sent the phone in for warranty only to get an email that due to limited stock they can't 'unfortunately' offer me the same device as replacement. However can offer a 128gb iphone and partial 100$ refund. The alternative is waiting 1-2 weeks (their estimate) while technicians 'fix' the phone.
No refund, no apology, no quality replacement.

I wish I had followed my gut and never bought that phone. Watch out, This inferior, low quality, corner cutting company is not worth your trust or your time.
