I received the dog tags I ordered and installed them on my dogs collar the next day I noticed a shiny piece of metal on my carpet. Here it was the rivet that I installed had back of rivet bust and was laying on carpet. Tags look good but installation on collars would be better if you could just order new collar with tags already installed. If they did offer such a thing hope they also have air tag options or GPS tracking on collar…

The condition was amazing, It looked like brand new. Mount was new. Shipping was insanely fast. Ordered on Wednesday and was using on the hunt Saturday. I dont see any reason to shop around as this will be the place you land on at the end of the day anyway. Thanks

Easy to find and order Item shipped out fast, and was exactly what I ordered
Ordered a new handheld and collar combo. When ordered it never said parts were on back order which was fine, but I noticed it hadn't been shipped for about 5 days so I called and that's what they told me. Backorders are out of everyone's control. Which was fine again, due to me not needing it. They told me I'd be 1-2 weeks and it showed up in a week. So all around great experience.
The experience was great. Just didn't like the name tag being placed on the antenna keeper.
