Got there at 345 new years eve order was turned in 40 minutes later got our salad at 515 at 529 we paid for salads and wine manager came out and told us he didn't know what happened didn't even say salads and 2 glasses of wine was on the house manager looked and acted like he had been drinking will never go back to outback on airport blvd

Was really upset took my husband and 2 grown children out for dinner.Have never been to the one at keizer station.Was not empressed.Im not usually one to complain.But was semi busy.Had to wait over a hour for our food.Then my steak was made wrong and did not recive my lobster tail.worst experience ever.Will not go back.You think they would at least offer a discount on a meal that cost over 200 for the 4 of us or at the very least a discount on next visit.Out back use to be my most favorite place to eat.unfortunally The have dropped way down in there service and food.Will not be returning that's for sure.

Eric is one of the most professional & caring servers we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was attentive to our needs and made our dinner very enjoyable! He's on of the few servers who enjoys his job!

2 adults and 2 kids. The burger garbage. Steak tough and overcooked. Chicken tenders were smashed flat and fried.Roaches running on the floor.we all got sick afterwards. Bill came to $80! Why? $20 was soda, why? Only 3 of us had soda.disgusting food and roachers.Absolutely last time we will never go to Outback

We visited the Outback in Muncie In on 9/19/23. We order the blooming onion and it was so much smaller than before and greasy. Then ordered Outbacker sandwiches. They used to be fresh made and thick. Todays we're from a box and thin. For the price you are charging you would think it would be hand made hamburger. Not a fan anymore.

We have always been very pleased with the food and our service. We ate at the one on 93rd and Sheridan, food was Excellent and our server was Awesome! Very attentive!

Excellent food & service; everything cooked to perfection & our waitress was amazing! Leominster location is a real gem; will definitely be back! Ordered the Wednesday special which was exactly as advertised. Keep up the good work!

I made arrangements for our walking group to have lunch at the Outback Steakhouse in Arlington, VA. We had lunch there today. We were also celebrating my friend's birthday. We had a fairly large group. Jared was our waiter and he was very gracious and calm as we told him what we wanted from the menu.

He also made sure we had enough water and everything that we needed. He was very helpful and we all appreciated it. I'm so glad that Outback Steakhouse hired Jared. He cares about the customers and we all appreciated it.

I don't have the receipt. My friend's husband paid for all of us. That was very nice of him.

I ate the alice springs chicken which was very good. This should have been a clue That m s g was used. After a few bites, I asked waitress and she said no We don't use that here. Well, that's not true because i'm very sensitive to it and have had a horrible two days after eating this food. If you're going to use MSG then please let your staff know So that when asked they can be honest about it. I would have stopped eating the food and had less of a reaction. I will not be returning to this place again.

Outback on Battleground Ave in Greensboro is under new management and it's obvious! I have been eating there for several years...love the grilled salmon...and it was prepared excellent today ‼ The new manager, Nick has truly turned the restaurant into a five star restaurant. The food was tasty, hot and a great value! The wait staff was so accommodating, especially Nicole. Keep up the great work!

Outback Steakhouse - Augusta, Ga. - Thursday, Feb. 9,2023 - 7:00pm - My wife wanted to dine at Outback Steakhouse tonight mostly because of her wanting a Blommin' Onion. So we ordered our onion and drinks. For our entre, we ordered the $70.00 deal for two, 2 - 6oz. Victoria Filet Mignon with loaded baked potato, salad, appetizer and desert. Appetizer and salad showed up with NO issues. Then this person showed up with what was supposed to be our entre and ASKED, who ordered the small steak! Wait a minute, it was quite apparent that there were very different cuts of meat in front of us. She was very adamant that she had provided us with the same cuts of meat. I asked to see the manager at which time this other person, an assistant manger, showed up and indicated that we were given what we ordered. At this time I told her to keep their order and that my wife and I would pay for our drinks and Blommin' Onion and would not be returning to this Outback Steakhouse. The REAL manager showed up, and after explaining the problem, he apologized and offered to remake our order. By this time we were fed up with this place. He comped our drinks and onion. This is the third, and last time, we EVER dine here again.

Went for dinner waited over one hour 15 minutes once seated never got our food. The place was nasty dirty dishes all over the bar over 45 minutes people standing around but no one could lift a finger to clean up The waitress was good she checked on our food at least 3 time said she did not know what was wrong.Ask for a manager after 10 minutes she was too lazy to come out.Outback on Randell Rd sucks.Mcdonalds beats it hands down Stay away

Three weeks ago, I had the pleasure on visiting the Outback Store on Creedmore Road in Raleigh, NC. Our group was huge. Not only was it huge, the group was made of 45 Blind and Visually Impaired Adults. The servers, Camella, Mouna, and Chase were Amazing with their service. Every order was perfect. They told each guest where the food was located on his/her plate. They offered to have the meats cut for any guest who was uncomfortable using an Outback knife. They told the guests where their glass of water was and where glass of tea was located. The size of the group (45) was a challenge in itself; however, the Visual impairments added to the challenge challenge. Each waiter was so very patient with each order. Can I say. Awesome, Amazing, Alert and Amicable. Thank you guys! THE OUTBACK A TEAM!

Truman was friendly, my food came out very quickly and his Customer service was Excellent. I will come back to this location.
