Easily breakdown and service taking too long.

Massage chair develop breakdown after 2 weeks purchased. Not durable, i had 2x breakdown since delivery in april 2022@#$!@#!
To get it repaired, it takes more than a month to get technician to come look or repair, meaning OSIM always got problem cos long queue to repair
