Pulled into Willimantic, CT with broken connector to radiator hose... thought I could attach a clamp and re-fill fluids... Keith and June were outside offering advice immediately with Keith provding hands-on service to remove a broken hard plastic part in the connection... Keith oversaw the fluid replacement and off we went... we were in Connecticut probably an hour plus from our residence... Great Experience... Knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful... Thanks very much fro the effort, Bob and Julie
My part was not delivered to the store for me to pick at the scheduled time so without notice it was pushed back bcz according to the assosiate working it was the only part to be delivered today. My part was not as important to them as it was me
The attitude of the staff there is deplorable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I walked in to ask for a solenoid for my mitsubishi eclipse and was told to wait. I stood there and waited while the sales guy was looking at the register as if something was wrong but no one was standing there. He then went to the back and never came back so I left. This isn't the first time this has happened. I won't be going back there for service.
Terrible I put starter a in my truck then the starter was bad 12 hours later had to get my truck towed and pay a mechanic to do it again and pay a diesel tech to tell me the starters bad I go into the store to ask and they tell me sometimes we just sell garbage parts sir no sorry no nothing terrible I'll never shop there again
This is 2nd visit. I thought i found perfect store. Last week had such a great experience in fact so great i trusted oreileys and decided to go back for another purchase. That was plan. Tonight i was humiliated by the black clerk. He was rude. He didnt offer any help in fact went right past us knowing we needed assistance and proceeded to help another customer. I will not shhlop hre again. He ruined my visit. We left. We will now shop at Auto zone where we were treated with excellent service and quality products! Goodbye O'Reilley's. That guy needs training!
For the last few Years I've received Great Customer Service
At the 1912 N Main St O'Reilly's in High Point, Nc.
Todays experience was no different, I had 2 bad coils,
I purchased one and the other was covered under warranty
So it was replaced for FREE.
I once shopped at other Automotive parts supplies in the area and got the worst service ever.
When I shopped at O'Reilly's competitors It was always a long wait, was given the wrong or defective part costing me time and money and was just one Big Hassle.
When shopping at My neighbourhood O'Reilly's these customer service representatives always get it right for Me the first time and I love the fact that if a certain automotive part I purchased at any of their locations goes bad I get a replacement part at NO Cost to Me.
Also when I travel to Asheville, NC and purchase parts from the O'Reilly's at 556 Riverside Dr, Asheville, NC *******... I get the same Great service so it's not just the one location In my area which just goes to show O'Reilly's is to me the Number one Neighbourhood public Parts supplier.
I'd like to Thank the Women and Men of O'Reilly's for going the extra mile giving Great customer service something you really have to search for these days and is very hard to find.
A satisfied customer is a customer for life.

I've used O'Reilly's for years. Good bunch of guys. Went in for the first time to ask them to check my check engine code… The guy was very aggravated about it and when we got out by my car he said I had to hook it up because he wasn't allowed in my car. That's ok., Won't ask that again.
I want to reach out and extend a thank-you to two O'Reilly's employees.
My mothers engine light came on and long story short the cause was due to battery. I had purchased a battery last year at O'Reilly's and it was still under warranty.
I spoke with Felix at the store on 82nd between University and Indiana Ave. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He said that he would be glad to install a new one. After he chk'd his inventory they were unfortunately out of stock. Felix chk'd to see if other stores had one then asked which location was convenient for me. He then called the location I told him was better for me to ensure they did have the battery.
Once I arrived at the O'Reilly's on 114th and Quaker I was helped by a great employee, Chris. He was also very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I told Chris that Felix had sent me over and instead of being unhappy or having a negative attitude he was totally the opposite. He looked me in the face and said " great, let me take care of this for you." Chris did all the paper work, went and grabbed a battery, tools and installed the battery. He then made sure his installation was 100% in working order.
Each of these men definitely showed a lot of pride in their work and I would highly recommend them for any job.
Please feel free to call with any questions!
Best regards,
Bryan Reeves

There were four people behind the counter who all ignored me when I wanted to buy something. Finally I asked if any of them could help and was met with a rude response. Besides that, the moron who was apparently the manager did not have a mask. I can't see how these fools stay in business.
But! I filled out application as a parts runner, Guss the area manager did my background checked, it passed of course I did my drug testing, told Guss 7 to 10 working days just a few days before turkey day he said cool. After thanks giving the following week I stoped in to find out Guss had gave a two week notice and his last days was day before thanksgiving. Ok now I don't have a job. If anyone knows this man give him a message for me.
" what comes around goes around"
Ty for getting my hopes up
Purchased an alternator for my daughter's 2005 crossfire. Automotive place charge me 240 to have it installed, alternator went bad they replaced the alternator under the guarantee again alternator went bad. Replace that alternator again alternator went bad customer service rep said they were going to see if they could get me a refund on cost of Labor not only did we have to replace three alternators a battery and a tow. Last alternator was replaced by the auto repair shop haven't had any problems called for a refund they denied. O'Reilly Auto parts do not stand behind their products
It is the worst place to work they expect more out of you than you can give they pay slave wages stay way get a job some where else do not work at o'reillys
I was standing in line for 10 minutes and a guy cuts in front of me and when it was my turn to checkout the lady left to the back and didn't return and there were customers walking out of the store this O'Reilly's In Alice Texas is the worst
This isn't far the worst auto parts store I have ever been too. I tried to return a tool that I didn't use and was told it was too late and they already ordered a new one. $178.00 for a tool that I don't need. They were rude and condescending. Terrible place!
Don't shop here!
I went to the Oreilly store 2522 TANGLEY HOUSTON TX *******, and a PITERCANTROPUS ERECTUS attended me, his name is BRIAN, the customer service is terrible, I would never buy in that store again
Went in to order a simple part for my engine. They said I will be charged $75 till I bring in the old part. Why? Are they going to clean it up and sell it as new? I should not have to bring in my old part. This was the first time ever to go to this auto parts store and it will be the last time.
We called the store on North Nebraska this morning, Barbara wouldn't stop talking I needed to check a brake master cylinder for a 72 Mustang the one that was shipped by O'Reilly was incorrect. Why should I have to drive over there to see if it's correct when they could simply take it off the shelf and look at the two ports for the brake lines. That's all I was asking uncooperative awful lost our business forever and I will pass the word. We have a lot of friends that restore cars and were using O'Reilly on a regular basis not anymore. In this day and age the only thing you have is good customer service. They do not. They need to teach people how to answer the phone and talk to a customer
I purchased a battery last year one year and three months ago it cost me almost $150 so here we are a one year and three months later and the battery goes out this tells me that this was a bad product to begin with I had purchased it from O'Reillys I take the battery back to O'Reilly‘s they proceed to tell me that the warranty is only for one year on that particular battery now keep in mind I paid almost $150 for this battery last year so upon discussing this with the store staff I was told that I would have to purchase a brand new battery at full price when I explain to them that I only bought the battery one year and three months ago they did not care and do not do not try reaching out to the corporate office because they don't give two $#*!s either as soon as they have your money their obligation to you is over and this is how I perceived my visit to the store this O'Reilly's on Towson Avenue in Fort Smith Arkansas is where this has taken place so I just want to let you know Do not waste your time with O'Riley's I visited Walmart today and discovered that they are batteries start at $59 and go to about 99 and their warranties for a $99 battery is I believe three years the $59 battery I believe had a warranty of one year I paid $150 for that battery last year and had to buy another one because they refused to exchange the battery at no cost to me do not make the same mistake by going to O'Reillys and not waste your time go directly to Walmart at least they treat their customers well if I had purchased my Battery from Walmart they would have exchanged it at no cost to me O'Reillys had proceeded to tell me that the battery only had the one year warranty on it they absolutely refused to make this right so I'm just telling you before in the dark and the doors of O'Riley's expect to get screwed go somewhere else go anywhere else because this is the type of service that they give their customers
