I bought a headlight at Autozone and they refused to put it in. I googled it, but was unsuccessful. I then went to O'Reilly for help. Chase looked at the light and determined it was the wrong part. He sold me the correct headlight, put it in and was very nice. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you.
Will never buy another part from your store cause two of ur employees are gossip mongers and ruined my life and trashed my name and one of those employees is a manager but I will not name names but thanks for ruining my life with the lies and accusations I really appreciate it so much your store is full of bull$#*! and I am done spending my money there I will surely go somewhere else

Never going to any oreillys again was a huge customer until today paid extra for shipping only got one the pieces i ordered, rude $#*! dude from back tired to say that was the one i paid for, he doesn't understand i paid for TWO! Not one. Then after pulling away i get a call, we found it in back... REALLY! Plus the manager was standing there like a bump on log saying nothing while his employee was being rude as hell... oh and man behind counter helping man was on his cell phone... i am sure me not going to the stores anymore doesn't affect them, but maybe it will get someone's attention! Hello NAPA or Autozone.
When my granddaughter and I, walked into O'Reilly's on S. Main St., Salisbury, NC we were treated like we belong here. Colton, Oscar and Christy engaged us very politely and knowledgeable. This overall shopping experience was quick.

I am writing a review about the Oreillys in Santa Fe NM. The Oreillys on Airport Rd. I want to thank Isaiah"store manager" and Raquel "sales associate" for their awesome customer service. They both go above and beyond to make their customer feel special. You guys are awesome. I wish more businesses were like you guys. You truly care about thepeople you serve in your community. Peter is a good worker, he was really helpful. He didn't give up until We solve the problem. He works at 9811 potranco road San Antonio tx so if you want a good service go to this store.
My mechanic purchased a used engine from O'Reilly with 8000 miles. The manager, who is no longer there, gave him a 12 month parts/labor warranty. After 6 months this engine blew. Now they replaced it with an engine with 38,000 miles and refuse to honor the labor warranty. Poor customer service from such a huge magnate as O'Reilly's. They should honor their loyal client who has been buying from them for years. Huge disservice and lack of respect for the small business owner. Who also just experience a family home fire. Huge disservice from O'Reilly's.

I messed up and got my oil filter stuck in the block of my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500.
I am no mechanic and not too familiar with mechanic lingo. I called the Other Auto Part but received poor assistance then I remember how helpful the older woman was at the Oreily's on Lockwood
Near Calvacade in Houston so I called the Oreily's on Homestead and LIttle York across from the Other Part place which was not helpful and he did not h ace the tool but unlike the Part place across the street he checked without me asking the other Oreily's in the area whom did not have the tool so beyond my expectations he located the Toole at even another Auto Part Supply place, gave me the Part # a n d sent me to go get my needed tool.
I really wanted to give him a tip.

I bought a car battery from them. I didn't have much of a choice since no one has anything else on stock. The battery was defective with a bad cell so I returned it for another.
Then my second battery started dying. It mysteriously had lost 2 inches of acid in 9 months on a new and never opened top. Looks like it is leaking.
They denied the return and said it was my fault.
Two defective batteries. No more O'Reilley for me.
I've had a commercial account with O'Reilly Auto parts for over 25 years starting when they were checker automotive they have been excellent to me always giving me the best prices and always made up for any wrongs I have nothing bad to say about a plus service
Applying at this location consist of being forced to lie on your application and a manger that changes things via text and just assumes someone would get the message and jump. Plus they litterly pay less than you would make working at McDonald's I guess that's why they Larry try's to have control with new hires.
Store is busy and the employyes are out in the parking lot playing mechanic. One installing windsheild wipers and the other a headlight. No employyes in the store. Broadqay Store Boise Idaho
I went to O'Reilly's on 1st avenue north in Billings Sunday afternoon because the owners manual was showing a different fuse box. The guy at the counter went out to look help check fuses for my headlights. All good. He goes to the driver's headlight and pulls the the bulb, looks good. He tries to put it back and tells me he broke it. Pulls passenger side and it goes back on no problem. Getting too cold. I go home and check o YouTube. Back Monday morning and buy new switch. Old one proved bad. I asked for help putting the other light switch back on. It's broke, I know. Your co-worker broke it. Got on the computer, gave me price to order one. 5-7 days. I have been on the job four days after a long illness. I'm broke, everything is in pawn. I had twenty bucks to my name. They broke the part but refused to even give me a break on shipping. The guy tells me sorry, I'm just not very mechanical. I don't even have gas to pick up the part. Never again O'Reilly's!
O'Reilly's Auto parts in rainsville Alabama has the most understanding caring and trustworthy employees especially the store manager Jimmy. I would recommend this store to everybody. Thank you O'Reilly's Store# 1213
First off, let me say this, I shopped at O'Reilly for some time and skimped buy with these junk parts they push out the door from who knows where. Anyway I at one time in my head thought that O'Reilly was 1 inch ahead of Auto zone, boy was I wrong about that.
Seems like every time I have been at O'Reilly someone that is bringing back something get refused or not refunded for a product / life time warranty or else, and I always laughed with great humor...
Until it was me,,, lol,, have bought so much from them in the past. This time I purchased 3 dozen cans of spray paint and ended up with 1 extra unused can. Went to the store with receipt and was going to get credit for the 1 can of spray paint and was going to buy 5 more cans of a different color and the counter man thought it looked used. So I opened up the 5 new ones off of his shelf and 3 of his new cans had a drop of paint on the tips. He it willing to take people's money for his NEW but used paint but not give me 1 can credit toward the ones I were buyig,,, pictures show his new cans of his own store shelf... but screw me out of $6.00,

The worse service is at the Olive Branch MS location where bad employees are rewarded by being allowed to continue their bad service.
Very dissatisfied keep getting drums that are out of round have a commercial account thinking about closing it thinking about going over the discount auto parts or AutoZone to get my parts for now on thank you for reading this review
