Bought running boards for my truck was told all hardware was included to attach them to the truck. After receiving them later to find out they don't. I was charged a 50 dollar freight fee that I will have to eat. I have always shopped there before. Will be returning them today don't really need a boat anchor.
I bought a four set of strut's the middle of last summer. The main reason I purchased them was the $150 dollar rebate they were offering. I filled the rebate form right after their purchase. I tried reaching out to them without luck. I never did receive my rebate.
I called the O'Reilly store on March 24 to order a part for my 2001 Toyota Sequoia (wheel steering pump) a female employee answered the phone in a bad manner and sounded like she did not want to assist customers!
When I finally went to the store to pick up the parts there was only one employee helping customer and the other female employee was walking around ignoring and avoiding customers. When there was about 4 customers in line she finally decided to help, with a bad attitude.
And to top it off I received the wrong part.
In the past and now we are bought in many parts from o'reilly's and they have great quality in their customer service and knowledge in their parts and they come out and help you and put it in your car if feasible The stores look wonderful they're always clean and the products are very well Supplied on the shelves good discounts good returns if needed. I just had a great experience with an employee she had much knowledge and very good at retail and a smile helped in every way she could and that's the kind of customer service that businesses need I'm sure there are many more through the years that I have dealt with as far as customer relations but this employee stuck out and I just wanna say congrats again please keep doing a good job tracy books. And their staff at o'reilly's
I went to the North Side Store #2933 in Pueblo, CO and requested a OBDII scanner be ran on my vehicle. I stated the check engine light comes and goes which leads me to believe something is not right with my car. I asked one of two females if they would run a check on my car. She stated the check engine light needs to be on and stay on to run the diagnostic check. This is totally false because I traveled to your competitor Autozone and they helped me without hesitation. Turns out I had three codes pop up. Needless to say, I purchased all the parts from Autozone. Looks like I will be using Autozone for any and all my vehicle needs for my three vehicles. My suggestion to all, DO NOT use O'Reilly's for anything. You will be wasting your TIME!
Asked for high pressure fuel line got low, had to return, they were hot happy and let me know... rude people
Went to bring my recycled oil and was totally shunned the manager then went to auto zone customer service was great. Will be a customer for AutoZone now.
A bad joke!? Just like Amazon you cannot count on any mail delivered part when you need a part ASAP. Ordered Friday 12/30 2022, was supposed to be here next day, New Year's Eve day/Saturday, Saturday item had not even been picked up by FedEx yet and today's Sunday still no movement. This is the second time I've used this service and chosen their part over another, I won't be doing it again. I don't think the last one shipped at all and I canceled the order - I know I never received it from them. O'Reilly is good for one thing when you have to have a part, preferably a small cheap part like a break clip when you've already ordered the actual breaks from someplace online when you've had time to do so (and they have it in stock) - that's about it, otherwise I can't stand going into any of these auto parts stores!
I had a part go out in my vehicle that a mechanic shop put it. It failed and they refused to even help.
The customer service rep was very rude and unhelpful over information that the store lost themselves.
Your store at. 8117 menaul ne. Albuquerque NM. Lady was so helpful. I lost my wrench to remove battery. She let me use one of there's, ask me if needed any help removing old battery. Very curteous. This will be my go to store for parts from now on.
Come to this store, I just left there, the one I went to to change the battery, it is the second time this week, the first time they told me that the battery was good, that I should continue using it, and anything that came back, today it came back, I found out that as it is a guarantee, it had to come with the battery in hand, something that although it is a rule I do not understand, but well, remove the battery, and as is common these days, they did not have in the store, they offered me another that according to the second person who attended me, a fat man with a beard, Servia, I had no choice but to pay the difference and I kept waiting, because they always come out to put the battery, every time I asked, the same fat man with a beard, with a Puerto Rican accent, he told me that they didn't go out when it was raining, it had rained, at that time it had cleared up, I explained it to him but he didn't flinch, I went out, and when I was putting on the battery, another worker approached me and told me, the insurance plate is not going to catch on the chassis, because that is not the one that your car has, anyway, with I had to leave that one because I had no other choice, I make this count, so that you can observe, that here, there is mistreatment, bureaucracy, ridiculous measures that threaten the client, the one who approached me, surprised, I wonder, are you putting the battery, he breathed and said, these guys, they don't want to work, they lost a client today, hopefully this reaches the executives of that company, so that they take action, and it doesn't happen to other clients……….there I, so Less, I won't go back anymore. (This is the store that is in Hillsborough, and Louis!)
Customer Service is not existing. Employees not helpful. No signage for sales items. Pour Service all around. I will never go back.
I had the pleasure of dealing with a young man named Alphonso at the O'Reilly autoparts in Wylie, Tx. He made sure I got the part I needed and the biggest thing is he LISTENED to what my situation was. I was in and out and the part actually fixed the problem with my Dodge Caravan.
The east Texas district manage John Nutter actually thinks 30 hours is full-time. Cody Miller, the manager at Store #6088, White Oak, Texas seems to enjoy breaking the company rules that he is supposed to enforce. He dips snuff and constantly has to stop and spit into a trash can or into a cup while waiting on customer. If he's not dipping snuff, he's either outside or standing at the front doo vaping. Apparently he only owns one pair of pants, they look clean in Monday, but by Friday you can't tell what color they were on Monday. It's easy to identify them because he cut a gash on the left rear leg and stitched it back together. He also just hops into one of the 2 delivery trucks and drives around without doing the required morning inspection.
I needed a new battery. Daman helped me find a battery and he came out and helped me install it! His customer service was excellent! I believe he went above and beyond!
I am utterly disgusted with the work ethics for the woodland O Reilly auto parts store. They have 1 job, to help people find parts, and when they are lazy, rude, and not willing to help, it leaves the question on why they get to work and be paid to sit around and be useless. Today my experience at this store, with a lady named Kara was absolutely terrible, no help given. And when I tried to explain what I needed she just kept suggesting other parts that I did not need.
Woodland do better, you work so you can get paid. People come to your establishment to get the best service, and you are lacking the best. Your service honestly is horrific. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
I'm disgusted with how many people were in there and couldn't even off to go see if they could tell what the part is.
Some people aren't geniuses, you work at a part place, people are going to need help with parts. Common sense is not very common anymore.
I used oreillys for bout 90percent of my auto parts, needed a brass fitting went to Napa cause they are close, paid 3.62 for it, screwed it up, so I went to O'Reilly's to get another one 8.92, so pretty sure that's my last purchase at O'Reilly's, ever
I've spent thousands on lifetime parts only to find out that I'm not in their data base?...even with my receipts, they won't honor them!...never again!
The customer service is the rudest i have seen. They hung up on me told me that my business didnt matter to them. Ignorant people I spend a lot of money with them and will not spend another penny with them. Lafayette Ga. They put you on hold and never come back to you. Business dont matter to them. They lie to you about where district manager is. They dont want you talking to him to complain on them.
Answer: I never have an idea, but I think contacting the support crew will help do
Answer: Really, I'm not a member, but can recommend them for one
