I was hired on by Chad Keel years ago.I left for a few years and came back bringing my customer base with me.Me and the store manager brought in Heavy duty parts and a hydraulic hose crimper to cater to our customers. My best customer was Griffith company, who would spend about 30,000 a month. After we left no one was able to handle the business. Your company doesn't know how to keep its customers, and properly train among the ranks.
I came to O'Reilly because my daddy told me to, after needing a jump.
Just came back from vaca and my beater (car) hadn't been run if 4 days.
Afraid that I needed to pay a new battery, I went straight to them.
Couldn't turn the car off (needed to keep it running for the sake of charging the battery) so I waved at the window and my man,Nathan and my girl, Katie came out to help me.
He tested my battery and Katie brought out a jumper, just in case.
Nathan said that I was still good for a while, but get ready for a new one soon.
THEN, Nathan brought out some good stuff and a brush to clean up the corrosion that was on my battery.
He asked me to try starting up my car again
And it started like a beaters dream!
I attempted to tip him, but he refused and told me to come see him when I was in need of that new battery.
Super awesome, helpful attitudes from both!
Love it!
This is the way it should be!

Axle seal spring broke causing fluid to leak ruining brake shoes and drum. Seal and bearings were replaced under warranty but $240 worth of additional parts were not. Then they tell me that they shouldn't have covered warranty because all of their warranties only cover parts if a CERTIFIED MECHANIC INSTALLS THEM it on the very fine print on the back side of their receipts. I didn't ask for free parts, I just asked for a discount which they offered $20 off. Wow be a loyal costumer forever but this is the last time I ever buy anything from them.
I was sold wrong part then when I went to return the part they would not give me back cash so I was able to go buy my new part because they didn't have the right parts in stocks the staff was so unprofessional and rude when I had tore my truck apart thinking I had proper parts and they screwed me so I wasn't able to get part that day I list two days of work because of there policies. When u but stuff on a debit card it's a cash transaction Walmart and every store returned ypur money back in cash u get a choice the hurt me financially.
My car has a battery with two years warranty but after 8 months wont charge, they do not honor the warranty because Im not the original purchaser ( it came in my vehicle). It seems to me they do not warranty their batteries they warranty the transaction. So keep your records. And may be it is better get your batteries at walmart.
They lie about when parts will come in, don't be expecting when they say. It will be tomorrow because their employees don't know there own policies. They lie, for some people that have deadlines, that doesn't work. If their employees was honest about it, it would be one thing, but they are not. If I'm expecting a part by 5 o'clock because ur employee said it would be ready, I don't want to hear tomorrow cause I could have got it some place else sooner. I waited cause they said 5 that day.
Researched a battery tender for our Ford Escape. Had needed product in stock AND installed for us! Very helpful and informative on all our questions. Car now staying charged. Many Thx, Debra, for your excellent help, product, and service.
My Battery was only 16 months old and this Battery came with 24 months warranty and THEY REFUSE THE WARRANTY.
Poor service and Dishonest Dishonest way of doing business.
One clerk makes this place one that you should avoid! Short... Brown beard... snotty.
Thinks he is the CEO stop the skyscraper in NYC...
Not quite...he has a problem with the world.
Never a hello.he just looks at the customer.
Never a can I help you... just stands there...
Never a thank you...
Auto parts stores much do better than this!
Corey doesn't care...he makes his hour pay.
Could care less if you don't come back...
Why does corporate let this kind of clerk hang around?
Ordered a drain plug for a Rolls Royce and they sent me a 1/2 inch one, 1/2 inch for a British (metric system) duh
At the store on 1251 County Farm Rd. The employees are unprofessional. They were not able to determine what parts I needed according to the Fix Finder code. The saleswoman made me understand that I am not welcome here with my problems. And I was told to go to another store, Auto-zone. The O'Reilly shop was the most loved, but the employee has changed, not anymore!
Hi I'm loyal customer for years I wanted to return items with receipt from day before thinking i would get cash back I needed gas to get to work I expected that money he retired it to my chime debt. Card so I asked him how long cashier tells me right now or any minute two days later no money and I ran out of gas coming home I'm 61 yrs old I don't trust this at all now I'm still waiting for MY MONEY BACK DAYS LATER
Went into o'Reillys in Seymour Indiana last week to purchase a car battery. Three employees, one customer. I went to the counter where one employee was ringing up a customer while another employee he watched. Third employee was stocking shelves. After waiting 3 or 4 minutes without so much as a nod of my existence I left the store. Purchased the battery from AutoZone for $200+. Auto zone acknowledged me the second I entered the store. They also had three employees and one other customer. FYI I am 75 years old.
******* Prospect Rd, Saratoga, CA *******, I use this store more since 2009, buy oil, battery, bulb, A/C refill, suspension parts. I also used to rent a few tools for example OBD scanner - I somehow can't fine mine which only $3-4 one from temu but works fine.
Today I went to rent OCD again, the manager says I need to wait for sb to do the scanning, policy changed incase sb steal the tool. Sb. Will be back or 4:50pm. I say ok I can wait another 15 minutes. 10 minutes later 2nd person back to work and I am the 1st in queue, Maggie said I need to wait for 3rd one. One.!5miniutes passed and third one back to store but not come to front desk, Maggie also went inside. I said Hello, Hello! Then for a while She came out said I need to wait. I say why you don't ask 2nd person to help me as he only needs to take an eye. She said bla bla I said ok ok.
At the time third person come out, yet Maggie become angry said don't help him, we don't service you!
Can anybody believe that? Is there USA or in Africa or her hometown?
As far this lady in this store, O'really is in my black list. Near by still there is Autozone. But I have no complains on other people in these years.
Jeremy at the store in Santee is a valuable asset to your company, his knowledge and helpfulness is truly appreciated, I give him five stars for his public relations, thank you again Jeremy for all you do

DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM THEM
TRYED TO GET TWO BATTERIES BELONGING TO DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY. THEY GIVE ME EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO REPLACE THEM. BATTERIES ARE LESS THEN A YEAR OLD STILL HAVE 2 YEAR LEFT OF WARRANTY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. ATTITUDE
I had my wife (while she was shopping in Nebraska City) stop by O'Reilly and get a caliper for the right rear on her 2014 Chrysler Town and Country touring along with break pads for both rear wheels while I removed the old caliper at home, 25 miles away. She returned with the parts, only to find out two hours later that they were the wrong parts (caliper and break pads). I called them up and told them the issue. They said bring it back up and they would replace it with the correct parts. So, 30 minutes later, I was back in their store, (irate because of the error). I didn't blow up at them, but was ready to. The salesperson that took care of me did so with a smirk on his face the whole time. In the meantime, the brake fluid was draining from the lines on the van. They didn't apologize, didn't offer a discount, didn't give me some break fluid for my trouble. Nothing. That will be the last time I step into an Oreillys store.
Leo's helped me purchase the right parts for my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer 4x4 and prices have been more reasonable than other auto parts stores! I've been buying from him now and appreciate his knowledge and compassion.
My sister and I just left O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Bloomfield, CT and Carlos took such great care of us! We walked through the store talking & laughing about different things and then he came out and helped us put the wipers on her daughter's car. The other two gentlemen there were awesome as well! We actually had a great time there! Very helpful, knowledgeable and saved us a lot of money! We will be back for sure!
