Called 1st & she said they had the part. After driving 2 miles to get there no part & no apology but instead went back & got the supervisor to speak with me. Just a whole lot of disrespect. Should have known not to go there when I asked for their location & was told on East Sunshine Street. When I said there are two location on east Sunshine I got the aditude in the voice. When I got there I waited to speak with to someone I could hear the two gals behind the counter complaining about people coming in this close to closing. I should have walked out than because it just went down hill from there. I will never go into an O'Reillys store ever again. Here in Springfield Missouri you expect more because this is where O'Reillys corporate office is located. There are way to many other parts stores here that have appreciation for customers & not to big to not care.
Called O'Reilly's in Bonner Springs, KS 4 different times about getting paint. They take my information but never return my call. Waste of my time. I went to bill's auto paint in Olathe instead and had the paint I needed in a few hours.
This store will not enforce the mandatory mask requirement issued by Boulder County. I confronted a fellow customer who basically blew me off, so I asked the clerk to ask the man to leave. The clerk said, "Corporate says we can't ask people to leave even if they come in without a mask." So, you just lost a customer... get some guts and enforce the requirement, your customers expect it, at least this "FORMER" customer did!
I specifically asked them for front brake pads on a 2010 Ford Focus and they gave me rear brake pads. Aren't you guys supposed to know the front brakes from the back. And these are the people that you trust! How do you work at a car place but you don't know the front brakes from the back brakes. WILL NOT BE GETTING MY MONEY ANYMORE!
Had my first experience at orielly auto parts on Valencia and 12th in Tucson az was so horrible no communication with customer. Manager is not very professional at all. Made me feel like I was a lier about a core charge.
The guy Eric was very rude and when I told him what I needed he told me I was wrong. I knew what I needed was right. When I went to another parts place they gave it to me no problem.
Day 1 order Parts for One of the most popular engine Made for 15+ years... Day 2 confirm order and have other supplies set out for someone to pick up... get parts at home... missing a part. Day 3 wife stoped in for A specific Tube of RTV... they sell her a calking gun tube of said sealant instead of the normal toothpaste size tube... WHERE DO THEY TRAIN THESE GUYS,!?!
Brian in Chillicothe ohio was so helpful and helped resolve my problem and done a great job, Oreillys is my only auto parts store now
The batteries they sell are garbage and they will only warrant from the date of original purchase no matter how many replacement batteries go bad! A warranty if you sell bad products!
I had the opportunity to be serviced by the store on 83rd Ave in Peoria, AZ. I worked with the Store Manager, Robert Robinson III, purchasing a 2016 GMC Acadia battery. O'Reilly tauts a low price guarantee and they proved it today. We found a battery at Advanced Auto and brought it to their attention. Not only did they accept the lower price, they even called the competing store to see if there were any other deals that we did not know about so we could get the best possible price.
In these times, every penny counts and this store went above and beyond to ensure every cent that we paid counted and wasn't waisted. You don't find that too often. Thank you for your focus on customer service.
The employees gettinge shot just because a rumor my ex told that wasn't tru. Jackson mi. All true. I'm sure all the good reviews for some family and friends are the employees themselves. I definitely want to take any children in the store. Scary place.
Walked into ur store in Flint, Mi on Dort Hwy... I was immediately unwelcome due to the fact that I was wearing a mask and gloves, as I walked into the store I noticed what I needed right away and as I look through my options, Mandy the store clerk and Cody the store clerk walked in and said loud an directed to me to hear, she said and I quote "I've been exposed for two weeks, I haven't worn a mask so I don't see why anyone else is" immediately I put down what I came to get and made a Michigan round about right out of there without buying nothing!... no1 care to hear ur political views or stands, when ur at work u leave that at the door... Clearly this is a public safety issue incense the parks refused to follow protocol they should be removed and replaced with someone who really wants to do the job they are paid to do... my complaint will be filed what the local health Department as well as BBB, and O'Reilly corporate office. This store lack responsible Clerks
Store manager always told me I had to say Thank you for calling O'REILLY'S
Well my husband has an account with them, and called a little bit ago, and asked about a part, and availability. Store didn't have it, but could order it. My husband asked for the cut off time to get one coming. (My husband had to ask the customer if the price was okay for her).
Corbin first response was" oh so you're calling around to get other prices". My husband explained the situation, which he shouldn't had to. And at the end of the phone call Corbin did not say thank you for calling O'Reilly's. Very disappointed
Gaffney store is the worst 4 trips to do a tune up employee was very rude and hung up on me 3 times.
I got hired pretty quick due to my experience with auto parts stores. In the first month, store manager promised THREE different people a manager position. As in, he planned on going to a different store, and told all three of us he was training us to be THE manager of the store. This was Dowagiac, MI, if you're wondering. He got fired for sexual harassment to a different employee, not long after I got a job there. So the District Manager came in quite frequently to keep things going. That's Jeremy. Said some pretty sketchy/creepy things to me, I felt obligated to play along' for the sake of my job. It was weird. And, I basically got put in charge of actual Store Manager tasks, for $10 an hour. And one single day off every week. No one in that store actually cared about how it functioned. Everything was OFF. No one put truck away properly. No one answered the phones. That fell on ME. So. Nope. You have to have the absolute least amount of respect for yourself to work at O'Reilly. My best days at O'Reilly were when I was too shaky to drive (panic attacks), and had a broken phone so I couldn't call in sick. Found a job with a consistent schedule that payed $14/hr. The O'Reilly computer system is absolutely outdated. It's hard to use. Phones don't have caller ID and are outdated as well. Whoever is looking into this job, don't. Just don't. Love yourself.
My battery keeps dying and I have a warranty. I took it to the store to get a new one & they told me my battery still has 25 percent life so I can't get another till it's zero percent life! So I guess that leaves me to jumpstart my battery everytime I turn my car off! Until it want jump start no more! This is ridiculous! A rip off! I have children. I dnt want to be left stranded somewhere! This was the Goldsboro Nc location and customer service from the 800 #! I will never spend money with this company ever again!
Great restaurant for the kids! Exquisite bean selection! Oil was fantastic. Dad loved the carpet samples, extra chewy. And did I forget to mention it was? :)
I worked at this company for three years too many. I left due to being harassed and deliberately not told information pertaining to the job so it would "be funny" if I could not accomplish it. One of the managers pulled one of the coworkers in one at a time to show them a video of some korean chick in a bathtub squirting condiments on her chest because "it reminded him of me". I was miserable the entire time I worked there. They also deliberately did not give me a good work scheduled. EXCLUDING training (which they made everyone go through) they moved my schedule every two weeks and I could not get used to a work schedule as they would all be incredibly different. I went to them many times, they just thought it was hilarious. The company does not like women and you will hate men by the time you leave. All they do is talk horribly about their wives and not do their jobs. I was not allowed to succeed or I would hear them crying about it. I hated that job and was harassed everyday. I do not recommend working here if you are a woman. I tried to go to HR many times but the supervisors denied everything and I looked like the office $#*! who "can't take a joke". This was the corporate office too so there are no safe places to work at in this company.
4/1/2020 Called this store after experiencing technical difficulties occurred on website. Spoke with Alisa (?) Worst customer service EVER! Only wanted two parts. Kept saying "WHAT?" and "WAIT, WAIT HOLD ON ONE MINUTE" and "OH, OKAY, CAN YOU GIVE THAT TO ME AGAIN." She was talking to in-store customers and other techs while on the phone with me then, after all of this, she had the nerve to place me on hold. I waited for six minutes, while I cooked breakfast. Finally looked on e phone for the time I'd waited and hung up... and called BILL at the 2165 WASHTENAW AVE Oreilly's store. It was BILL who saved the sale for Oreilly's. I was so ready to make my purchase with AutoZone!
They ordered a part for my car. Told me it was at the store for pick up. I paid a mobile mechanic to come out. When I got to the store, they said it was delivered to the hub but they don't know what where they out it. All within 10 minutes! The hub confirmed it was there. But the store said they had it, but didn't know where they out it. Cost me 100, and my car is still not operable! Worst service and unknowledgeable people I have ever encountered. I would not recommend anyone get a towel from them. Management would talk to me. I want to speak with someone from corporate but they wouldn't provide the number.
Answer: I never have an idea, but I think contacting the support crew will help do
Answer: Really, I'm not a member, but can recommend them for one
