Plz avoid offimart,they don't have contact number,only email,which they respond whenever they wish,shipping takes lots of time and customer care support is zero.

Placed order with 5 items mid-Oct-'23. Received the order within one week, but with 1 item missing. No response to multiple queries, via email or on the support chat on their website. The order page on their site shows order as completed, when it actually is not complete. Also, I can't find a phone number on their website or on the invoice, though that should not be an issue since all order related communications have been via their website offimart.com or through email.

I had a good experience with offimart. I have bought here five to six times here. Except once and all other times they have delivered promptly.

I made a prepaid order for HP cartridge on 5th Aug 23. It took 2 weeks to get a tracking id from Delhivery. After 3 weeks follow up the courier confirmed the package is lost in transit. Still following with offimart for a refund. A punishment for encouraging home grown online business. God save India!

Don't trust them it's a fake nd fraud company I bought one product 780 Rs I am messaging them nd asking about my package still no reply it's been 9 days still no message from them they will eat our money don't buy

I ordered a few items but only a partial order was shipped. I have emailed them and sent query on whatapp, however, no response and no refund till date.

They cheat by providing dublicate non branded items.
They send me less items. I ordered 5 items but they only send me 4

I had ordered from the website and did full payment on 07/07/2022. But till now the item's showing unshipped. There's no customer care team and no way to contact them. Beware of looters like this.

They are scammers. Somebody file a case on them. Don't order from here. I ordered but then no reply to mails and their chat box is useless no one replies. Please boycott this site.

We had placed and order on 10thAugust 2021 and paid the full amount.
Till one week no reply nor on email or even on one contact number provided on site and later reply that product is in transit and within few days with some reason cancellation of product.
After many mail trail only received reply that money will be refunded to same mode from which was done, but till today no action.
It's been 2months.

I have placed order but they didn't sent me any email or text sms saying order confirmation after long time... No way to access my account order details. Not allowed to log in. No otp on mail. No email response. Kindly help me get my order or refund otherwise I'll complaint it in consumer court and cyber cell

Order placed 20 7 21, till now no correspondence on when it will arrive. Went to a neighboring store purchased same product same brand at rupees 10 each got 5 pcs and completed my work at rupees 100 whereas same product for 3pcs offimart charge d me 185 rupees. Even a blind man will say it's outrageous amount for same products locally available for less. Never buy from such cheats again. People like them make trust impossible.

Worst in terms of payment, please don't supply any stock. Payment pending from last 6 months. No response from company.

My order is not shipped its been a week. There is no provision to track on the website. Also the phone number doesnt work. And for emails theya re not responding. I have placed orderfor around 3k. If there is no transparency it is difficult for customer to wait since so long.

I ORDERED FEW STUFF WEEKS AGO AND ITS STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED EVEN AFTER TWO WEEKS LATER. AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN ANSWERING MY MAIL. SINCE ITS A PAID ORDER I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO REACH THEM. THE CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED ON THE SITE DOESNT WORK. ITS A BAD BAD BAD BAD VERY BAD SITE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOST OF THE GOOD PRODUCTS ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO LET KNOW TO THE CUSTOMER IF THERES ANY DELAY OR ANY REASON. ITS A NIGHTMARE.

Charges are more for Delivery than actual products worth. Courier providers are non responsive and rude!

I ordered for Reynolds 040 Bold by 25th december 2020 and by 27th december 2020 morning i recieved the product... Very Good service done by Offimart and Delhivery also... Thanks...
