Huge inventory. Great people to work with.
February 26, 2022

My 2020 DRZ 400S was parked curbside while I was at work. Some dumbass ran into it and damaged the front forks and caused various cosmetic damage. I was devastated. I love my bike and have thousands into performance upgrades. A quick search into my options turned up OEM Dirt Bike Parts. 1 quick email and I was promptly contacted by Boston to let me know what my options were. He quickly put together an upgraded package (DLC upside-down front forks to replace the conventional forks as well as all the goodies to go with it). We agreed on a very fair price and within hours I had received tracking info. The parts arrived quickly and upon inspection, I noticed a slight bit of leakage from one of the fork seals (nothing malicious here, just $#*! happens). I reached out to Boston and not only was he apologetic but also offered me several options including a return with a full refund. I really like this set up so I took him up with his offer to send me parts to fix it and cover any labor costs. In addition, he offered me a store credit to make up for any inconvenience. He is a stand-up guy who obviously has a passion for motorcycles as well as his customers. I will be using his shop exclusively at this point. Thank you!

Great Costumer service
February 17, 2022

I order a FCR 41mm carb for my DRZ400 but had to cancel the order due to a personal life event. But overral this people are awesome, before I placed the order Boston called me to discuss what type of mods my bike has and also dropped some knowledge for me to learn. This people care about their costumers and they prove it through their service.

These guys are great! I was initially going to buy a motor for 09 yz450f but because of financial obligations I had to cancel an order I had made and instead of leaving me out in the dark they helped me fix the problem, and handled it professionally. I genuinely feel these guys want to help their customers out and truly love what they do. We should appreciate businesses like this so we don't lose or take for granted good businesses and good businessmen. I will be a returning customer for anything my 450 needs in the future. They gave me a full refund and were genuine through and through

I ordered a "low hours, ready to use" rear shock for a 03 CR250R. The clevis had an additional hole drilled in it from what looked like a lowering modification. The shock ring was worn from rubbing the swingarm. The compression and rebound adjuster were not stock and were most likely re-shimmed. The bumper was dry rotted. The spring had paint chipped away and rust on every turn. The shock I received was not the one pictured and it did not match the description. I attempted to contact the seller numerous times over a 3 day period, with no response. Then the seller had the audacity to say "customer complained about a few chips of paint" after I returned item. The chipped paint was the least of the issues with shock I received

The customer wanted a new item for the price of used and complained about scratches on the painted spring for an 18-year-old motorcycle product. EBay offers free returns and we said to please use their system to get this done. Factory left-over part sales will be a thing of the past real soon here when a discontinued item is sold at half the price of its cost with the expectation of perfect cosmetic condition. Suspension set up aka valving shims and more current OEM adjusters do not make for a faulty shock, a stock shock from 03 with no service would be more of an issue for riding again if one wants a perfect collector item component that's a new part. Then one should service for their use and riding level. Riders that win supercross championships and Films involving Tom Cruise have no issues with our products for the last 17 years. Always the most problems from the cheapest people. Nice goes a long way with us!

Drz400 carb
January 29, 2017

Bought two carbs in the last year to up grade customers drz400 supermotos. First one was a pretty dirty carb that worked great but really wasn't happy with the looks of it so i bought new hoses and throttle cables but had a happy customer with the performance gains on the fcr 41mm kit.

Recently they contacted me about the newer kit they have improved on so i said sure send one out and will give it a go. I used the fcr40mm for my 15 drz400sm. Added a full yosh pipe and they set it up for my bike. Bolted the carb right up, wow way better. The price has gone up with all the upgrades tho pretty cool since i can still plug in my TPS which keeps the bike more consistent when wheelie for me at least.

Had a few of these drz 400 bikes some bore and carbs some stock in the shop. Really happy with just a pipe and carb set up. Nice and reliable

Poor business sense. Terrible customer service!
February 12, 2016

Called to ask advise. They said "we don't make enough to help people,"and hung up on me. A waste of time. Go elsewhere, anywhere would be better than this shoddy. Com. Their office is probably their garage.

We Invent dirt bike products that help motorcycles run more efficiently. Bryan called asking what parts he needed to fit this fcr carb adaptors on a cheap china version carburetor to save money. If this was a Graphic on a plastic or a headlight sure we would have helped though when it comes to safety and catastrophic failure problems that can occur when using poorly made products we cant sell to such. We Love this industry so we are here to help not make a buck.
