Ordered two round carpets, the first one I received was excellent quality and arrived quickly! Unfortunately, I have not received the second one yet, but the seller has responded very fast, as the weight of the two rugs was so large that they had to split it into two packages and the second order was lost. The Rug is exactly like the picture described but wrinkled a lot. I sent an email. They responded very quickly. They explain during shipping, folds in packing caused the carpet to wrinkle. They directed show me how to flatten it. They are attentive and kind.

The rug was not what I had imagined, but my wife absolutely LOVED it. The fabric is softer than I expected (it's amazing) and the color of the rug is a bit darker than what I was looking for, but it's still perfect for my living room. The round carpet looks amazing in the photo. I really like the design of the rug. But unfortunately, because it didn't really match my room in terms of color. The round carpet seems very soft but not too thick. But I like this. The LOTR ring around the edges of the rug is a bit blurry up close, but from a distance, it looks great! It makes my room look better. I will save some money on my next purchase with the Independence day coupon.
