It is a lovely tool I have used for almost 1 year. The software is working properly to convert music. Their support team is helpful and reply in a short time. The tool has some errors and their new update could fix them and it works again. It is a really nice product.

I'm running NoteBurner Apple Music Converter. It works well most of time. But if the conversion speed can be improved, that would be perfect.

Spent $45 on Noteburner. Does not work at all. They request that you send them all information about the error, including logs. Did that 4 times. Its been 2 weeks with absolutely no response. I dont think I will ever get a response or a refund. I wasted $45.

I used two program of noteburner, NoteBurner M4V Converter Plus and iTunes DRM Audio Converter, each one is great. Their speed of converting are very fast, you don't need wait for a long time. After converting, both the image quality of movies and the tone quality of music are almost lossless, and I always transfer them to my tablet for enjoying, I enjoy the time.
