I am a caretaker plus babysit too. Also I had cancer but now i am in remission. I also have a great family too.

The leaf guard works very well. No problem it's the installation and no problem with the water moving through the gutter.

Got wrong part and when I went to return it I was told not to worry about sending it back a $2.99 bolt so I agreed and then later I find a email to print a return label so I did and went to post office to send it and they wanted $5 to pay for it so just keep my money since I have tried to call someone about the problem with no help have a nice day

Management and it has been a nightmare. In august of this year I have consign 80
Pieces of fine jewelry + designer clothes. Some pieces of jewelry they send back to me because I don't approve their price. My hoops were lost, 2 pieces of jewelry came back broken. They offer to reimburse me as if it was sold on their side excluding 30% commission, that is fraud because I have never approved the price to begin with. Also the rip you of on clothing by taking 80% commission for themself

August 2022 went to Smiliey's flea market and was approached by Lee Middlebrooks. And his wife saying they did home remodeling services. I asked about screening in my back porch. Lee said he would come by for an estimate. That following Sunday Lee showed up took measurements, gave an estimate and a down payment was made for $450. Lee claimed he would get all the necessary supplies and be back that following week to complete screening in the back porch. A week went by and Lee never called to reschedule nor did he answer his phone. After I sent him a text inquiring about a refund, his wife suddenly text back saying he had been a bad car wreck and that she was trying to track down all his clients to let them know.

I was sympathetic and said I would wait for him to recover, but to keep in touch so that I know he is still planning to do the job. After a few more weeks went by, there was not word from Lee nor his wife. After a series of texts, Lee made several empty promises to come by and complete the screening job, but never showed. Eventually he began avoiding my phone calls and pretty much avoiding me altogether. I only asked that he complete the repair or return my money. Just today, I called Lee from another phone number and he answered right away and promised to come by this past Thursday. He was a no-show as usual.

I used my food processor's serial number to select the correct part (a new bowl) but what was sent was completely the wrong one for my unit.

I looked for the part on the motor I had and the picture wasn't accurate and ordered the wrong part. After getting the wrong part that took over a week to get, I again pulled up the picture and ordered the part I needed, but was more of a guess. Had to pay for return shipping and wasn't real happy about that, but I finally got my pressure washer up and running.

Excellent. Almost instantly credited to my account. I hope all other service providers will follow this good example.

On 07-06-22 I had new gutters installed on my house. The gutters were covered with the Leafblaster Pro 6" system. My house is surrounded by mature oak trees which drop a lot of leaves and debris on the house. I am happy to know I will not have to clean the gutters again other than brushing leaves off.

Purchased new pump ran for 30 minutes then pump quit working. Called service about pump I was asked to send it back (company sent return label) sent it back on a Friday they received the pump on the following Tuesday called service on the following Monday spoke to a different person. I was told that they haven't looked at it yet. I would say if your looking for good service find another company to deal with

The website made it relatively easy to identify the part we needed to order and the online ordering was straight forward. It was quick and easy. The part got here 2 days before we expected it. Great service!
