How this business hasn't been taken down yet is beyond me.

They obviously post fake 5 star reviews… just take a look at all the stock photo users posting their 5 star reviews - that's the biggest hint.

They try to lure you in with a "free" piece of jewelry worth some crazy amount which ends up being a cheap $1 item that looks like you can get it on temu. A far cry from the "fine" jewelry they try to present them as.

Then, they try to charge you more for the extra pieces that they send as part of their "subscription" unless you mail them back.

If you're like me and used a disposable credit card, they will send a letter to try to scare you into paying "delinquent charges".

Scam doesn't even begin to describe this predatory company.

The quality is really really bad. They sent you stuff you didn't ask for. I had no idea that it was a scam. I could get my money back. Don't order anything from them.

They continue to charge my account without authorization, do NOT trust them. I cannot comprehend how these scammers can get away with it until now

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Quality is nothing like they claim, don't believe the positive reviews. I signed up for the free sample & accepted the other 2 items they sent because I figured they would be ok for gifts - cheap quality, but for a trinket gift for a couple of young nieces & I figured I wouldn't bother going through the hassle of returning. I had to cancel my credit card a little while later because of a weird random fraud charge which I didn't think was connected but has me wondering now. Apparently payment for the 2 additional pieces did not go through, but I was unaware of this for several months, and only ever received a single email from their customer service, claiming in addition to the $25.99/additional item a $30 late fee was applied to my account, which would go to collections if not paid up. I fully intended to pay the $50 for those 2 pieces (though in my view they were not nearly worth $25 each), however I asked they reverse the late charge because this was the 1st I was hearing of it & was under the impression payment had gone through. They refused, I asked again & then asked my request be forwarded to a manager which never happened. I didn't want anything going into collections and negatively impacting my credit so I made the payment, but feel like I was tricked & scammed because as of now, the receipt I received from them was for the $80 which included the late fee, however my credit card account is showing a pending transaction with them for more than $110. If it doesn't go through at the anticipated $80, I will report fraud and have payment reversed. I will also never purchasefrom them again nor recommend them to anyone - buyer beware - don't do it, get jewelery somewhere else you won't be impressed with what you get for the money!

This company sells garbage. Plus they stole 50 bucks outta my account for jewlery I sent back. Do not deal with them. I asked them repeatedly to refund my money and they refuses only saying they would send me more crap. Don't robustness with then.

These guys are scamming people. Please stay away.All the reviews on their website is basically hype.

Took money from my account for some pieces I never ordered or got. When tried to ask for the refund was told basically told no and that they were going to keep taking money out of my account for more pieces

Nikola Valenti is a scam, all the front reviews are fake. If you go to the offical site or google check the lowest reviews they all show the same similar stories about being charged extra which is true, If you dont keep the product they will not refund you and keep charging your card. I sent all the cheap jewerly back asking for a refund, which they confirmed in the email they would do so; they charged me once again. Do not waste your time here, and do not get fooled by the fake reviews. Id give them 0 stars If I could.

This place is a scam they will continue to charge your card and send you nothing and refuse to refund you for 9 months they stole money. I tried working with them so who is intrested in joining my lawsuit once I start class action. They rip a lot of people off. Feel free to contact me for info

Be aware that once you give this AWFUL EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY your credit card details for free piece of jewellery they will then take it upon themselves to keep sending you pieces of trash jewellery every few weeks and then try to bill you. It's nasty costume jewellery that will turn your skin green, certainly not worth $24.99 each plus $6 postage. They make it almost impossible to cancel this as well. My tip if you need to cancel is to go into your account details and manually close/deactivate your account in the settings menu.
Please Avoid this company at all cost cos all you're risking is your own money

Scam company! Avoid!
I signed up to their free necklace offer and was also sent two extra jewellery pieces to try. The only stipulation mentioned in the order confirmation email, was that I return the extra pieces within 30 days if I decided I didn't want them. I did this and they confirmed they had received them and I wouldn't be charged. I thought that was the end of it until I received two more jewellery items after a few weeks, which I didn't order. I contacted them as I thought it must be a mistake. Their response was that I have an open, active account with them which means they will send me jewellery I don't want every few weeks. Nowhere in any of the prior emails did they mention that I need to actually close my account in order to stop receiving their jewellery. I told them I am happy to send the items back as long as they pay for postage, which they refused. Terrible customer service and very sneaky business tactics.

I buy jewelry all the time, from all kinds of places. I have several jewelry boxes stacked next to each other. I like to wear new things, as much as possible. When I discovered Nikola Valenti, I was amazed... it's such a great idea, and I can't believe I never thought to look for something, like this, before. Getting jewelry in the mail is such a treat, and I always look forward to my packages. Thanks so much, guys, and seriously... keep-up the good work!

My daughter and are love this service! She gets most of the pieces, haha, but I love to see how excited she gets, when the packages arrive. It's really all about the experience, and all the excitement leading up to the trinkets. They come in these velvet pouches, and my daughter just gets so excited about it! I laugh every time! My daughters are so excited when "Valenti" comes, they sometimes get into fights about whose turn it is to open the package. Haha. I have to set ground rules, for this stuff, or they will go crazy. I have had to threaten to cancel the subscription, a couple times, just to get them to behave! We're getting the hang of it, though... they're crazy for it!

Nikola Valenti is a jewelry subscription, which has trial features that let you try-out pieces, before committing to your purchase. My pieces have been really great, though, so I have never felt the need to return anything, using the trial features. The main thing is that you get small trinket and costume style jewelry, on autopilot, in the mail. I guess I could shop-around for pieces, but it just takes too much time, so I really love this arrangement. I love this service! :)

My younger sister introduced me to this service. We've been sharing pieces, and it's a lot more fun, when you have someone to share things with. We seem to share the bracelets pretty easily, but the earrings and the necklaces are a bit more competitive. (haha) Some of the necklaces are especially charming. Thanks, Nikola Valenti!

So, you subscribe, and they send you some free stuff to keep, I think, then some pieces you can trial. If you don't want them, you can send them back, or you can just keep them, and continue the subscription. It's a pretty neat idea. I just decided to keep everything, though, and it has been great, so far... no complaints!:3

Like I said, I got this for my daughter, and goes crazy, when these packages arrive. We get bracelets, and necklaces, and I think some earrings, too, but she really likes the bracelets and necklaces. The necklaces tend to be pretty fancy, compared to the other types of jewelry, but the bracelets also match a lot of things, and that's what my daughter loves about them. It's a great service, and we always look forward to it! Thank-You!
