I started working with Nicelocal using the free two-week trial version. I didn't have access to a lot of functions that way, so it just wasn't enough to comprehensively promote my company. I decided to go with the Premium plan, and I've been on it for about six months now. I'm satisfied with the results I've seen from working with Nicelocal and plan to sign a one-year contract in the near future.

Buying a Nicelocal plan really gave my business a shot in the arm. I just opened my flower shop about six months ago and really needed a way to promote it. I filled out the card with as much information as possible and tried to inform my customers about any discounts or special offers. Then people started recognizing my shop, and I even got some regular customers even though the competition in my neighborhood is really fierce.

I picked Nicelocal because they have companies and organizations in all kinds of different categories. I've never been unable to find the information I need there. One huge advantage is that the system suggests businesses based on my location and tells me how long it'll take to get there.

It's really convenient that all the information you need is in the same place. The info on a company's card has never been wrong. I like that people write lots of reviews. And if I see that a company has a lot of Nicelocal complaints, I definitely don't go there. This approach hasn't let me down yet. I also leave my own Nicelocal reviews every now and then. I'm not shy about giving a place a bad review if there's something I don't like about it. But that doesn't happen very often at all, and when it does, the company always tries to smooth things over with me.

We're laser-focused on our brand's reputation because the competition in the beauty industry is incredibly fierce, and any negative comment could cost us clients. The ability to react to negative Nicelocale reviews helps us keep negative feedback to a minimum and show that we care about our clients. After we switched to the Premium plan we were able to dispute negative reviews, and we did this once after getting an unfair Nicelocal complaint.

After reading some reviews of Nicelocal, I decided to promote my brand on the service. I expected my company card to be all set. I thought I'd just have to add a little extra info to it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it on the platform. I ended up having to contact tech support. The guys there make me a card in just one day, and then I got to work filling it out. I'd like to thank Nicelocal's support team for reacting to their clients' requests so quickly.

The best businesses are at the top of the list, so there's no need to flip through a bunch of pages. This saves you time looking. Company cards have pics, price lists, and contact info. You know right away whether a company is still open or not and how good their service is.

Nicelocal always helps me out when I need to find quality services in a hurry. Not long ago I was on a work trip and I was looking for a manicurist. I found someone great on Nicelocal. After my first visit, I posted a review on Nicelocal because I know how important that is for a service provider. It's a great service with good experts on it.

I love working with Nicelocal. When we got our paid promotion, loads of salon booking inquiries began to arrive from the site. We manage to convert many of them into real visits. Working with Nicelocal is very convenient. They're always helpful

I wholeheartedly recommend Nicelocal. It's a very useful service. You don't even need to create a card for your company - it's already on the website. You just need to add information to it and tell clients about yourself. But if you want to get more new clients, you'll still want to switch to the paid plan. Thhen everyone who calls you will be ready to make an appointment.

Recently I found slander that my neighbour BC Roofing and Renovation has been spreading through his google reply to an honest review that I posted and was copied to Nice Local. Due to the nature of the misinformation that the "nice local business" was spreading, he was required to remove his comment on Google. However Nice Local simply copies all google reviews and does not check for consistency with missing google reviews therefore it is up to the business owner to ensure they have expunged the digital foot print that they have put out there. In my case the business owner doesn't care where their comments are copied so I had to go to Nice Local to remove it. It took weeks for Nice Local to remove the slander, and I had to point them to the exact comment as they could not find it otherwise.
The sad part about algorithms that create content…. They have no brain or functioning back check. An intelligent person can easily ascertain that a "Restraining Order" is a family Court Order and has nothing to do with Civil Litigation in Canada. A Township cannot get a restraining order against a taxpayer as we are not family. As far as the comment content goes, calling out your neighbour to prove "you are the respectful one", after talking trash all over town about a stranger in your home community to everyone you talk to…NOT respectful (Yes, this business owner actually said that). The fact is the entire comment is transparent and the people at Nice Local should have easily determined that it was slander (when names were mentioned) against private individuals.
Nice Local thanked me for getting the comment removed, they were slow but seemingly effective. I would not recommend anyone to Nice Local as they apparently regurgitate Google Reviews and are slow to react. There are much better services in Ontario like the Better Business Bureau that grades companies on quality/customer service, and the Chamber of Commerce that will "not recommend" bad businesses. These would be the sites I would visit if looking to hire Respectable businesses in the Midland/Penetanguishene areas not some made outside of North America company link site that has no vested interest in the companies it hosts.

I've never promoted my business before. Clients would just find us on their own. But there were starting to be fewer and fewer of them, and my business was on the verge of ruin. If not for Nicelocal, we would have had almost no chance of making it through this crisis. But now business is stable. Clients keep showing up from Nicelocal and leaving positive reviews, and our rating keeps going up. I'd especially like to mention their customer support service - the people there are always available and ready to help you resolve complex issues.

For ages I couldn't choose a beauty salon. I moved to Calgary recently from another country, and I hardly know anybody here. My friends suggested I look on Nicelocal. It's a convenient resource. I set up the filters, and within a few minutes I'd found a decent salon. You can also use Nicelocal to find out a business's prices, services and area of work

I like this service for its ease of use and clear search. When I'm looking for the best place, I compare the prices of several businesses at once. I use Nicelocal regularly, I like it.

Convenient platform. I usually look here for reviews about businesses I plan to visit in this or that city. I often go on business trips to different cities. Nicelocal helps out. I can find a good restaurant. The site is convenient and includes all the necessary information.

There are a lot of convenient filters here and a sufficiently complete database of institutions, in short, I like this website. In my opinion, there are not enough reviews here — many pages look quite empty.

They are fake, rude, and tactless as well. They are earning money by blackmailing the reputed website and lowering the site's esteem.
