I ordered an outfit 5 weeks prior to a wedding. I received a confirmation email that the order was being shipped immediately and should be here (in the US) in plenty of time for the wedding. I also mentioned I may have to have it altered so time was of the essence and was reassured it would be here in good time - I even paid extra for 7-10 day shipping. I ordered the item on 3/23 and it was not shipped until 4/2 - 9 days later. Robin keeps saying to "be patient" but its not about being patient, it's about not having an outfit to wear to a wedding.

I received the outfit on Friday 4/15 - 24 days after ordering! It is very large, drags the ground over my feet and the top hangs down to my waist. I sent them photos and ask to return for refund b/c it does not fit my measurements as was provided in the beginning and their response was to have it altered. Really? I am 5 days away from the wedding and to have it altered would cost a fortune and take at least a couple of weeks. I have gone back and forth with them and all they will offer is $45 refund on a $156 suit that I will never be able to wear - and wouldn't want to now as they have made this entire event a nightmare. I want to take it out and burn it! They are truly scamming people out of their money and reselling returned merchandise over and over.

Also, their headquarters address on the website changes to different locations frequently - originally the showed they were based out of London (which is not true b/c they are in China) and now they are in Nicosia, Cyprus. Check it out for a few days and watch it change. What legitimate company does this?

I ordered a mother of the bride pantsuit for my daughters wedding. I am very pleased with this company. Prior to shipping I received several emails from the seamstress confirming sizing, colour, and critical dates. I was informed when my order was shipped. It was received in a timely manner and was just as expected...
And fit perfectly. My seamstress, Qin Robin, even supported me with a friends 'not so positive' experience with another online company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

I purchased what looked like roomy tote, perfect for travel, with 2 security pockets, for $21.00. What I received was a dollar store tote. The tote I received is flimsy, small, and has a tiny front pocket which won't hold much of anything. An e- mail I sent to the company has resulted in no action. You take your chances if you believe you will receive a product worth the money it costs.

Scam site -Do not use this site, I bought the 3 piece mother of the bride suit as advertised. What arrived after endless excuses from them was rubbish. Not worth a penny/cent! I had paid extra to ensure it would arrive.on time for our event after being ensured it would I've screenshots of them saying So! Did it arrive on time, no of course not. What. Did. Arrive was then usable as the clothes were barely stitched together! The trousers were to be elasticated waistband but weren't and I was told to post them back to China! The quality of items.are pure rubbish, when I pointed out the trousers & top weren't upto standard they said well we are a small company and the size I ordered was large so they had to make it by hand! I've emails to prove this. Don't waste your money using this company. I disputed it with PayPal and it will take forever to get my. Money back as the company keep changing and using different excuses.

I ordered an outfit and kept corresponding with Robin who always answered, but when read bad reviews got worried. It arrived yesterday it was perfect and fits perfect.

I see a lot of bad comments about for this website, So I contacted the service customer to cancel my order, the customer told me to try this order. When i get order, If I didn't like the clothes, I can get all full money back. I decided to believe and to do this order.
My size is big, The Customer tell me, can custome made free for me, I measure my size to tell customer service. I was not disappointed.
Well made, beautiful pant suits, The pants suits came on time. It was perfect. I will order from they again.

I SENT MEASUREMENTS AND HAD A DIFFICULT TIME PLACING ORDER (SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIGN). AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS BEGGING FOR HELP, I FINALLY RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER I CAN'T WEAR IT. I PAID $152.00 FOR SOMETHING THAT IS UNWEARABLE. WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING. PAID WITH PAYPAL AND I CAN'T GET ANY HELP. THE DRESS COMPANY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS AFTER I TRIED TO SEND BACK. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! THE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE... EVEN IF IT FIT. AND THE SAME COMPANY HAS SEVERAL WEBSITES THEY'RE OPERATING. YOU WILL FIND THE SAME CLOTHES WITH THE SAME PICS/MODELS ON DIFFFERENT SITES. BE WARE, PLEASE!

First, had I known it was based in china I would not have ordered from past experience. No where in their website does it indicate they are a China Based company. Second it took over two months for it to arrive. Then when it arrived it was very poor quality. The top was way to big and the pants was way to short. I tried several times to contact customer service for a refund and an address to return. I could never get a response from any one. Waste of 150.00!

Just to let you know I received my pant suit. But the top doesn't fit, i Contacted customer service, He agree send a new for free, i just pay $19 for urgent shipping cost. Because I need get it as soon as possible, My son's wedding is coming. 3 days later i get new top.
It fits perfect and I really like everything about it. If ever I need another special outfit I will gladly order from you again. Thank you for making it so beautiful.
