The delivery was terrible, I didn't receive the battery until 7th January, and I find it amazing that the carrier used is a pick-up point for them, yet they tried to deliver it 2 or 3 times when they should have known it was closed! However the battery supplier was very good, I suggest that they try a different carrier for future orders

This was for my wife's 4-year old Chuwi computer and the original battery expanded and nearly ruined the case. Chuwi provided no help in replacing the battery and I was able to locate this battery to install myself. The new battery is an exact duplicate and installation was relatively simple. I found a video online that explained how to open the "clasps" that hold down the tape connections to get them out of the way of the battery. After that, it was a simple job of going slow, taking your time, and not damaging any of the internal circuitry.
The replacement went well and her computer is back in business. Thank you for your help!
