I enjoy the daily activities and earning rewards. My complaint is, the site continuously asks me to verify my account and will not accept my mobile # to send a verification code. Then tells me I have attempted too many times. I have reached out to "mypoints help" numerous times and cannot get any help. I cannot complete a lot of the surveys because they want me to verify my account. I'm already logged in and complete other tasks, so why do I have to verify my account. Very frustrating.
Love that the points are really helping through the hard times and holidays. It helps to get a deal now and then

This database is excellent in the way it gives you possibilities to do surveys,& achieve points toward $ cards.
Collect points and get "free " stuff for a little work. Just tell the truth in your mind. Sometimes certain surveys get the info and just knock you off stating some "BS" reason, but most are good.
Outdated content and misspellings throughout the website - also no direct customer service, very hard to navigate
I set goals for certain needs or wants on the list. MyPoints helps me with that extra cash through gift cards for Walmart, Target, Amazon, Home depot, Kohls, and TJMAXX. From Christmas gifts, toilet paper, vitamins, Hubby's work clothes and occasional splurge. I have used many gift cards for life's extras. In general I'm not a fan of surveys. But I do them and yes it takes a investment of time. For someone that not working right now, this brings in the extra moola.

More points should be offered without providing mobile or personal details. If you could have more or higher point reward system especially this year when everyone need something a little extra support during the pandemic. At least until we can get through this together during these hard times.
