The pillow had a smell that smelled like old meat. I tried washing the pillow, after one wash the pillow started to fray. I returned my purchase to Goodwill where I purchased it on clearance for a $1.

What more do you expect from this con-artist? The pillow is horrible. Complete waste of money. False adverts. It's not the best pillow in the world. It's by far the worst. Do not buy!

We are very light sleepers, so we are always looking for the best product to enhance our sleeping experience. We literally bring our own pillows with us whenever we travel because most hotels only offer hard, foam pillows (which we don't like). We tend to prefer down filled pillows with cotton covers. After ordering a pair of pillows from MyPillow sight unseen, based on the ads, we were surprised at how cheap they were in quality of construction and material. We literally tore them apart (because they were worthless to us at that point) and found that they consist of chopped up foam - period.

In our opinion, we found these pillows to be over priced, even with discounts, very uncomfortable and very cheaply made. We don't recommend them.

Priced way to high for such an uncomfortable pillow that lost its firmness right away. Do not buy, a waste of money,

Beware, I used a promo code I saw on tv to buy a set of sheets and get one free. My order delivered missing the free sheets. I phoned the customer service number listed on the packing slip, and to my dissatisfaction I was on hold for 1 hour and ten minutes. And then just like that the call was disconnected. I took a picture of the call time in my log for proof. So after wasting my time, I can't even return the sheets without a RMA number. By the way you can only get that number by calling customer service. So tomorrow I will call back. And call my credit card company if no resolution. I strongly advise you do not order from mypillow.

My review is mainly regarding quality control...
We purchased two Twin XL mattresses ($1330. 00) for our new Split King Base (a Costco purchase).
Order arrival was initially said to be 3-4 weeks due to a national foam shortage. No big deal to us at first. But after 5 weeks without shipping notification, we called MyPillow. Was on hold 1hr15m listening to Elvis sing Amazing Grace over and over. Hung up and emailed customer service. After a day or two they assured us that they'd expedite delivery and we'd receive our new mattresses within a few days. Once our mattresses arrived, we released them from their boxes, they inflated quickly and we could see and feel their excellent quality but we noticed one thing-one mattress was a standard Twin NOT a Twin XL. The standard is 5 inches shorter which neither fit properly on our new Split King base, nor was the right size for two adults OR the new Giza Dream sheets we'd bought from MyPillow while we awaited our expensive mattress order.
We contacted Customer service, provided pictures of the mattress tag showing the serial number and standard twin measurements and after a couple of days they responded telling us that they'd send out a replacement mattress...
Another week or so and the new Twin XL mattress arrived but the box was mis-labeled and it was again a standard twin!... once it was pulled open and inflated, we were shocked to fine yet another standard twin 39x75" long, not 39x80." We again took pictures of the fabric tag and stating it's serial number and measurements and emailed customer service. They apologized and said that they'd send another. I asked them to please verify that the correct measurements were on the fabric tag before it shipped (since by now we'd been waiting 2 months for our expensive order AND the FedEx guys were getting salty with us. We live an hour from town on a rural mountain road).
Finally, a while longer and the second Twin XL finally DID arrive. Customer service was helpful but it was a frustrating wait. That being said:

MyPillow has gotten boatloads of business lately and must be overwhelmed. So I understand. But I won't be reordering anytime soon. HOWEVER, their products are indeed WONDERFUL. We also ordered our first pillows from them and love them. The Giza Dream sheets are absolutely amazingly silky soft and thick. Great quality! The mattresses are indeed excellent and we're happy to have supported Mike Lindell. I'll probably order again but will wait awhile. I'd encourage anyone to try the Giza sheets for sure. But maybe order them on a third party site like Amazon if the price is right.
MyPillow, I hope your quality control process improves making it less frustrating for everyone involved but I thank you for your products!

I ordered my pillow greater than 2 weeks ago. They got my $ and almost $10 to ship it. I still have not received it. No word about when I will. Can not find a phone number to call them to cancel order. This is not good customer service. Plus that Mike fella just keeps sending emails multiple times a day pushing his book. I also have a story buteven though the movie industry offerred to make a movie, my husband who is a mental health counselor says most people having gone thru my life would be dead from suicide. I do not want his book! I ordered a pillow. Where is it Mike?

It's $29.98 a pillow x 8. Absolutely worthless pillows. Believe me they are not worth it ar all. They hurt my neck and too hot for any comfort. I'm so mad at myself for not reviewing these comments first.

Very comfortable pillows my wife and I will order more and maybe some as gifts their good quality and made in America.
Best to buy American made, especially when there better than any others you can get in a store.

Purchased 2 large pillows 8 weeks ago, should have just went to the creek and filled a gunny sack with 2" rocks, tried for refund, 2hrs 30 mins listing to a poor rendition of Amazing Grace, when finally answered, was treated like a complete idiot, thy wanted to retain 50% of the paid price, for shipping, l them no thanks, I'll just use them for chock blocks, This lindell is the biggest ripoff artist in the world, BUT HE CALLS HIM SELF A CHRISTIAN, He acts like he never recovered from his addiction, or is just plain crazy.

Don't waste your money for the lumpiest pillow ever made nothing but lumps of foam inside! Not worth the effort to order it

My father bought one of these pillows years ago. He didn't like it, so put it in the guest room, where I would sleep when visiting. I was excited to try it out, because I'd seen the intriguing ads for it. I immediately felt how lumpy it was; just stuffed with chopped up foam. I tried sleeping on it, but could not get comfortable at all. It was so lumpy, and both too hard and too soft in random areas. I threw it on the floor, and used a nice down pillow instead. This is extreme false advertising and a scam to make $$ off on a cheap, P. O. S. Pillow.

It says right on the label that it is filled with shredded polyurethane foam. Even before reading the label I recognized the fill by its lumpy feeling. I had a very cheap pillow with such filling once. I did not use it to sleep on and finally threw it away. The "patented interlocking fill" is just hype.

*However* this shredded foam seems to be to certain specifications. The genius to this pillow is partly the marketing and partly the ordering and care instructions.

On the order form, you are supposed to choose a pillow by T-shirt size. If you wear your t-shirt tight, choose a larger size to get the correct pillow. This actually works.

The instructions say to tumble the pillow on high heat before using. That fluffs it up nicely. Washing and drying on high heat also works well.

After my initial disappointment at the shredded foam fill, I am now quite happy with the pillow because it actually performs quite well. It is more supportive than the higher-line polyester pillows, IMO, while it is also soft. It is possible to shift fill to preference.

I suggest fluffing up the pillow each morning or evening before use, and you may be surprised how well it works.

I am still waiting for at least one good night sleep the pillow has very little filling and goes flat very quickly I wake up more now then before just to keep it adjusted

Biggest ripoff ever. Lumpy foam stuffed into a cotton case and they call that a pillow... I've had the worst night sleep ever. Customer service is non existent, they don't answer emails. Tried to cancel my order within 14 days as per consumer rights act but they totally ignored me. Still sent me pillows which have now caused me issues with neck ache, shoulder ache etc. Do not buy at any cost!

Mike definitely is telling the truth! For over 10 years my husband suffered from neck pain due to being a victim of an accident we were both in together. Every night he would walk around rubbing his neck. I tried everything to help. I bought us expensive mattresses, pillows, nothing worked. Then my last effort was buying a couple my pillows. It worked! My husband has not had neck pain since the first night we had them! Saved by My Pillow! Thanks to Ryan Weaver who recommended Mike's products. Now I will use them for my neck pain. (:
