I placed my order on 10/22 and it's now 12/21 and still no items. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They did respond to some emails but slowly and not with much more of a response other than to "please be patient". I've been more than patient, and now what I thought would be a great Christmas gift still hasn't arrived. I don't know if it's a scam or if they're inept. It has supposedly shipped, but there are no updates to the tracking since 12/6. Poor, poor service. Don't buy from them. What a shame that Facebook supports them.
Order showed in transit for 30 days. As soon as I opened a claim with PayPal the order all of a sudden doesn't show up in their system!
Paid 44.00 for my daughters xmas gift. They never sent me a tracking and cant reach my email. Horrible what they did. Contacted Pay Pal for my money back!
It's sad when a fake company tries to make money off of PET LOVERS. Especially those who have lost their pets and want a memory of them. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. My pets. Gift. It is a scam. I am yet to receive my order. My son entered it in Scam advisor and it came up with so many complaints 0 trustworthy and a big red flag. When I checked my bank statement it says "GOLOVECLUB" I ordered a pet gift. I am yet to get refunded and now I am minus a personalized gift. I placed an order in November... I tracked the package... it said it was delivered & never was... now I cannot get anyone to answer my emails! There is no customer service number to call and I need this package ASAP! This is so not right!
