My r-studio paper was due in 4 days and I had not even started working on it. This is because I wasn't keeping well due to health issues and so I decided to get it done by an expert. I checked a number of websites and was impressed by the simplicity offered by My Assignment Services. I filled up the form, uploaded my assessment, and made the payment. It was quick and the price they quoted was right under my budget. Only 85 AUD for the complete assessment.

They sent it to me on time and I was extremely happy with their quality of work. It was clear that the expert paid attention to the marking rubric and the requirements.

1. My exam date and time has been forgotten. I have many times give you my date and time of the exam. I had to chase after you before my exam time. There was 5 minutes to my exam, and you were trying to arrange the person to help me!
2. You did not provide an osteopath to help me in the exam. I told you many times that the person had to be an osteopath, only an osteopath can answer the questions.

Your colleague Caitlin wrote "My expert is a Ph. D. holder and is an osteopath. He has got 6 +years of experience both as an osteopath as well as academic writing. He has taken several such exams before and helped students to get good marks".

Afterward one of your colleagues said "We needed to make a last-minute chance" when I asked why you did not provide me an osteopath.

3. There were copy-paste in the answers. I mentioned many times there should not be any copy-paste answers as it counts as a cheating

4. The second question was not answered. That questions make up %20 of the total marking.

5. The answers to 3 clinical examination questions were all WRONG! It was not the fifth trigeminal nerve involved in the patient's case. The vestibulocochlear (VIII) nerve was involved in the patient's case. 2 questions about this nerve. Since you found the wrong nerve to be involved in the patient's case, you consequently gave the wrong answer to the next questions as it was related to each other.

One question was: Select one neurological examination to explore the symptoms and explain what might indicate a positive finding. (20% Weighting) WRONG ANSWER WAS GIVEN

You don't use MRI for neurological examination! This answer was wrong as well. You can use RINNER or WEBER test and you needed to explain

Question was: Name which cranial nerve could be involved in this case? (10 % Weighting) WRONG ANSWER WAS GIVEN

The other question was: List two functions of this cranial nerve and name one test used to clinically assess the function of this nerve. (30 % Weighting) WRONG ANSWER WAS GIVEN

6. Discuss why the changes you outlined in Q1a might be maladaptive for Diane when she is walking? WRONG ANSWER WAS GIVEN

The person was writing about the benefits of walking in her exam! The did not ask for the benefits of walking!

7. I told you from the very beginning I needed answers beforehand (15 minutes before the exam is over) so that I could have time to arrange the answers and put them in my account. There was only 7 minutes left when you provided me with the answers which was not enough and on top you made me even more stressful!

If you provided me a real osteopath, then he or she could be able to answer the all questions so easily and in a short amount of time. There was a reason why I said I needed an osteopath to help me in the exam.

8. You gave false promises to me and took my money!

9. You are going to cause me to fail my exam! I told you many times that this was a main exam, failing my exam meant failing my year, and failing a year meant, the end of my study life! I just wanted to get rid of the exam stress, but you guys made me even more and more stressful, took my money, waste my time and most importantly, you are going to fail my exam!

10. Leave this job! You cannot do it! Give it up!

13. Your colleagues are still telling me "stay positive, you are going to get a high grade, the person who help you was very experienced"

Dont waste time and money in this scammers Indian Services. They dont care about your deadline only care about scam your money. Miss the dealine 2 times and promise to get back money but no reply lol. Should bring them to police and report them.

The company only cares about money and do not deliver the work on time. Also, they ignore the customers and do not care at all about their satisfaction. PHOEBE being one of their agents being sweet in the beginning and promising the work but then there is no response from the team and neither her. Also, trying to contact them from 4 days but there is no reply. Also, my deadlines are gone and still, the work is not given to me. Please do not invent your time in the company and find some other option.

This Indian organisation is irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical and deceitful.

I submitted the assignment with all required documentation on the morning of Friday along with full payment, after being assured by the staff that it will be completed by Monday. On 7 pm on Monday, i get a call from some one called Rossie stating that the expert had difficulty in opening the attached video for this piece of work. I was assured that it till be completed by midnight - I agree and recopied that video using screen capture and forwarded a copy.

On Tuesday morning when i have not received any completed work, I enquired and I was told to calm down and guaranteed that the work would be completed before close of that day. I am told that the expert had a medical emergency. So I reluctantly agree.

At 5pm on Teuesday when i called to ask for the completed work, the staff inform me that the expert now experiences battery failure in his laptop and is unable to send the completed work. I am assured that a solution will be found within the hour. After few hours i get a new email response stating that a new expert has been put on the case and that the work will completed by midnight.

On Wednesday morning I receive a incorrect work answering 972 words for 500 word question 1 and 76 words for the 500 words second question. Both responses were way off topic to the questions asked and have incorrect "in-text" referencing. By this time I have secured extension till 12 midnight on Wednesday 2020 for submission.

I speak with Paul int his organisation and explain that the work is due before 12 pm Australian time and not Indian time. He assures that the expert will correct both responses and fix incorrect in-text referencing. He guaranteed that the completed work will be provided before midnight Australian time. At 1145pm on Wednesday, no call or response or email were sent before submission time. The submission portal was closed and i have been marked as "NO SUBMISSION" because "Assignment services" did not provide me with completed work before midnight Wednesday.

Thursday morning i receive another piece of work that still has 750 words still way off topic for 500 word response for question 1 and 237 words on 500 word response for the question 2. This new response has still the same incorrect in-text referencing. This was sent before midnight Indian time which was 4 and half hours after the Australian time.

When I now request for my money back, based on the fact none of their published criteria (Punctuality or Quality) were met by this experience. I am told that my money will not be refund even after acknowledging that this was totally their mistake 100%.

Within 5 mins I was promised that my assignment requirements could be met. Paid half the payment. Received a first draft of 2 out of the 4 question assignment to great disappointment. The first 2 questions were of that bad quality I would have been lucky to achieve 40% pass mark. I raised my issues with My Assignment and they assigned my assignment to another so called expert who promised delivery within 24, it has been 72 hours and still no solution. Contact My Assignment chat and raised my concerns and requested a refund. They never responded / never responded. Terrible Service and an absolute SCAM. All the positive reviews you read are done by their own people. BE VERY AWARE / NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES
