Business uses sneaky policies that aren't clear on their website, in their banner it says "select products not eligible for return check the product description," however in the product description it does not state the item I bough is one of these. In addition, the shirt is terrible scratchy quality you'd get from a college for helping kids move in, not worth the price or the customer service experience!

I received my sweatshirt & it had loose strings & was disappointed & planned on sending it back. I emailed the support team & they immediately got back to me & told me they would send me a new sweatshirt & just to donate the original, that sending it back would not be needed. I then asked if I could get a different color, bc the lettering was hard to read on a dark sweatshirt, I was immediately sent an email confirmation w/ the new sweatshirt being sent me to. I was very disappointed when I first received my sweatshirt but I could not be any happier w/ the service I received…they made the whole situation right & I would 10/10 recommended!
