I got a message after one week, that they dont have my item, after few days they ofered me something simalar. And I was egreed. Then no messages almost 20 days. I tried hardly to call, chat or send emails. No answer. Then they send me the email with a voucher. But I dont want anything from again. And another few day gone and nobody has answered my last email. Just keep away from this Company. They take money and ignor you after.
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with my order has been placed a month ago and I still have not recieved any thing they use the cheapest couriers they have the worst customer service that don't even try to resolve issues for customers not even statisfy a customer by a nice gesture like credit or a solution, I have been begging them for weeks now to send me my things they still did not resolve anything I am pregnant at it's almost my due day and I don't even know when my stuff will be shipped one of the couriers they used called shipa stated that my shipment was delivered and it was not. Their website says 7-14 day shipment which is far from the truth. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!
Before one month I bought from them. So far I don't receive my order. I send a lot of emails. But no reply. I feel sorry when I bought from Mumzworld. I lost more than 2000 dollars in Mumzworld.

Never shipping on time. The worst customer service. Stock is not updated and your money will be refunded as an expiring voucher!
I really had a bad experience with ordering from MUMZWORLD. They should really review their policies. Here are my points:
1. On the bottom of the website it says "free delivery*". You click on that and you expect to see the policy of delivery. Nothing happens. The button is not working. I added products in my cart and in the end I noticed is a 15AED fee for delivery. So it's not "Free delivery*". I emailed them and they sent me a link (available only if you ask them and they send you the link) where it says that indeed is 15AED for orders under 100AED.
2. The delivery fee it's actually 15AED + VAT. So 15.75 for delivery. That's how much they charged me. But they don't mention that will be applied the VAT even for delivery.
3. They said I'll have 10% discount for first order. Which when to pay, I see that actually was less than 10% (117.63 AED was my total order. 10% is 11.76 and the total number should be 105.87, not 113.73 AED as much as I paid). They gave me 107 Mumz points for that order. I don't know how they calculated that number also but it's fine. 107 Mumz points it says online that I have. But in the final order is written 108. Nevermind.
4. I emailed them regarding the 10% discount which was less, and they replied back: "Please be informed that 10% discount has been stopped for a moment. We'll keep you posted once the discount is back."
5. After 1 week I still didn't receive any details and my order is still "Processing" at the tracking system. Poor delivery time.
6. The order is being late so I want to cancel it. There is no option for "cancel it".
7. I'm thinking now: I will return the order when it comes. Took too long to arrive and I don't need it anymore. BUT! I will have to support the return charges. Cause it's not free return. Also you can return ONLY if the product is wrong, damaged, not as described. They clearly say that you can't return it if you changed your mind, order by mistake or whatever other reason. So I can't return it because they are late.
Such a headache. I'm done. Totally disappointed and for sure I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM MUMZWORLD.
It's been 10 days since I made my order and I still haven't received it. On their site, it clearly mentions orders will be delivered within 2-3 days within UAE, but it's not true. No call center to even help solve the problem. They have live chat to which they never reply. And emails are automated without actually solving the problem. Overall experience is very bad. Do not order from this site.

Where do I start... The operation at Mumzworld.com is really weak and not up to standard. The prices of items are generally on the high end but when you pay this much you expect good service. Hence the bad service is all you get. We ordered a gift for a baby shower and the great minds of Mumzworld.com decided to send us a baby food pouch as a promotion inside the bag (which we never requested). Obviously, during delivery the pouch opened and spilled all over the present. Now we can't give a damaged present and we need to replace the item.
Eventough we had very clearly stated the urgency when we contacted support. Their answer was the following:
"Our returns team will contact you to arrange collection of the item. Upon receipt of the item in the warehouse and evaluation, we will process and send you the replacement/store credit at the earliest"
We thought that they will get back to us on the same day or the next tops. Of course, nobody got back to us and after several emails for the past 7 days they never answered and when we call them they tell us that the systems are down and they will call us back but... You guessed it. No one calls back.
Now it's too late and we are stuck with an unwanted gift. I have seen the CEO of this company get recognitions for her work in many occasions but after this experience I truly do not understand how a CEO running such a bad operation and that is unable to maintain the most important element in her business (Customer Support) is even considered for any recognition.
Point being... If you are planning to purchase anything from this website make sure that your item will get to you without problems or else you will suffer and wish you bought your items from a respectable website like Sprii or Amazon.

I received the wrong item 25th of September (not only was it wrong but it looked used, I have photos), am writing today to say that it's the 7th of October and I still didnt receive the right item. And the customer service hasn't been responsive through out front experience! Mumz world when can I have the right item that I PAYED for!?
I paid cash on dellivery for an electric bike that went up in flames after the first attempt. It took them a week to collect, after numerous calls with customer service who promised the pick up for every single day. Finally a 1 man team shows up and realizes he's not enough to load the bike on to the van. He than proceeds to push the bike over, causing even more damage, breaking both mirrors and god knows what else. I never experienced worst customer experience in my life. Personally had to help him lift the bike inside the van, at this point it's rather comical. I have wasted 3K, they delivered a faulty product, took my money, than collected the item, leaving me with nothing. This is the definition of fraud!
Took 6 days to deliver an item due to "repackaging" (literally only 2 stickers on the original box from distributor). But it was delivered, hence 2 stars instead of 1. Total fail at providing information on warranty, after 2 emails. The item was delivered without any warranty information. I received a response that someone will get back to me but so far they have not. Basically, I have a product for which I received no warranty or response from the retailer on what warranty is available, and I have no recourse in case of an error.
I'm utterly disappointed with the delivery service. I have ordered things from so many different sites and never experienced any issues. It's the first time that I'm writing a bad review for any company.
I Placed my first order on the 5th of April I think and after eight days when I didn't receive my order I called the helpline and they told me that I have been sent an email stating that my order has been cancelled because the required item is not in the stock but I never got any email, anyhow After a long argument I decided to place another order and today it's 7th of may almost a month and I haven't recived the order. On my enquiry to the helpline, she said that it's been shipped but one item is not sent because it couldn't pass through custom safety checks and nobody even bothered to inform me. You need to check the reviews before ordering things.

Thank you mumzworld for making this new year eve the worth, for my family, and more of that heart braking for my four year doughter, by smashing all of her believes into a crap. By the way she is still crying in her room for another third hour. By calling 3 days in a row, and getting confirmations that I will receive my order on time, you just showed that you are a team of creepy sl.ts that will go for anything to get profit without having any care of kids you are to... order no*******
After waiting for 4 weeks to receive from item, it was small so I requested to return it. They want me tp pay 50dhs for collection even though they sent me an email saying that it will be free of charge. They want to make money from collection as well. How horrible is that.
Just received my order from mumzworld. Ordered a Car seat, a jumperoo and a bunch of feeding products. Have been hearing about them for years and everyone i know uses them and is so happy. I received a gift delivery from my friend who ordered from them so i decided to give it a shot. Loved the range, amazing things cant find in dubai and got my delivery in exactly 1.5 days from the time i clicked BUY and their prices are the best in town. Will be using them again and again. Great discovery.
They ship to you wrong delivery and they dont come for returning it or picking it up not either habe a location for you to exchange it. Very very poor customer service that is useless and not trained.
