Scammers that will steal your money. Dont think you'll ever receive a refund i ordered a christmas tree that didnt cross the border, they said they will refund me but still havent, its been 3 months! They keep saying working on it, 24-48 hrs, 5-7 days, dont believe them pls never order from them!
Honestly I'm only giving 1 star as ZERO stars is not an option. Pls avoid. They promise same day delivery or next day delivery. It took 19 days to receive my order! I called every single day and every day I was promised my order. Turns out part of it was lost! Nobody even called me to tell me this I had to run after them for 19 days after I paid by card not even cash on delivery. Pls avoid there are no shortages of baby companies!
I bought an items from them,and when it came it was not as described in there description, i requested return since November 26 2022 and until now nothing happened they keep playing with the words, and give promises to come collect the items which never happened since that time,stay away from this company they are not professional and cheater
Never face this much issue on return or refund. I am not sure for how long I have to wait for return, if you take this much long for store credit return how long are you going to take if its fully refund. It seems you are happy to sale your items and never want to see after sale service. Am not happy at all in your return service

I purchased a baby steriliser from them at the beginning of this year. It stopped working after a very short time. I sent Mumzworld an email reporting the fault on the 5th March, the faulty item was then collected. I have followed up with Mumzworld countless times via email and over their WhatsApp chat function. I keep getting the same generic response from them - "This willl be dealt with within 24-48 hours." Despite me explaining how urgently I require a replacement and that it is making it difficult for me to feed my daughter, I have still had no update from them as to what is happening with my replacement. This was reported to them on 5th March, it is now 22nd March. 2 and a half weeks and still nothing! This item was FAULTY, at the fault of Mumzworld. In my experience, every company I have ever dealt with that has sent me a faulty item, has replaced it instantly without delay and also sent an apology for the inconvenience.
My experience with Mumzworld has been a stressful, negative and disappointing experience. I expected a company called "Mumzworld" to care about their customers. They don't! The amount of emails and time I have spent simply trying to get a replacement has not only been long and laborious, it has also taken me away from spending precious time with my little girl.
I will NEVER purchase another item from Mumzworld and will be sharing my experience with as many people as possible so they don't find themselves in a similar situation to me.
Good customer service they will also happy to help you to solve your orders issue with polite & good attitude
I ordered 4 items and all of them got canceled and the reason they gave me is the promotion amount was not sufficient for all the customers who ordered while I ordered the items and the next day all items where still available in the websites and they said they will not give me my order, very disappointed from this service.

I ordered an Evenflo - Top of Stairs Walk Thru Gate from Mumzworld. It arrived in its original carton. There was no protective packing and the carton was torn on one side and crushed on the opposite corner. The shipping company refused to take it back immediately. Unfortunately, shortly after the delivery, I fell and broke my foot. It was 10 days before I could deal with the damaged gate delivery. When I contacted Mumzworld they immediately cited that the replacement of the damaged safety gate had to be made within 7 days only. This is despite photos showing the shipper damage and that it had been Mumzworld's fault that the item arrived damaged due to no protective packaging. This is a child safety gate which Mumzworld didn't care to pack and handle appropriately. Bottom line - this company wants to move boxes with no care for the safety of its customers.
UPDATE: Three days after this review went public, Mumzworld contacted me. They agreed to take the gate back and after another few days agreed to issue a credit and then to send a new gate. However, when it arrived I saw that the replacement gate wasn't packaged in a protective outer covering - the same as the first gate. It was just lucky that the shipper didn't drop it this time. Additionally, I was offered a credit only and not a refund. I would be very careful if deciding to purchase from this company.
If there is lower than 1 star I will give them, it has been 13 days now from my order and still not shipped! First they said it was already shipped with Aramex, after 1 day they told me no it's with DHL! Now after 3 days they didn't deliver the shipment to DHL! Very very very bad customer service, always gray answers! If I ask any question the standard respond is we will get back to you after 24 hours! And now it has been 13 days and the last feedback is we will ship it after 24 hours! What a shame!

Terrible customer service and customer retention. I wanted to order the Donkey 3 twin stroller with multiple other things online worth almost 10,000aed. After speaking to their representative on the phone, who all are very pleasant to speak to, I was give wrong information. Wasted time downloading their app being told by their rep that I would be given 10% discount who failed to mention its only 50aed! I asked her if there is a cap and she said no. After countless calls to their reps (only because I wanted the red canopy for the stroller) and speaking to Alina, Angeline, Yassin, at the end I was told as a compensation I would still only be given 50aed on items worth 10,000aed! I felt quite offended and rude to be a offered 50aed after all the hassle I went through. Every other company like Five Little Ducks and Just-Kidding are actually giving the full 10% without any cap. The manager I spoke to thought I was lying, that I'm not getting this discount in the other two places. I have a screen shot with Just-Kidding where they specify the discount worth almost 1000aed. Now I'm going to order the donkey 3 twin stroller and Tripp trapp high chairs from the other two places.
Best range of products. Very fast delivery. Read some reviews here that i find very very hard to believe. Been shopping on the site since 2016 for all 4 of my children and shop nowhere else. Good luck guys you are the best
Although munzworld offer prices in various currency but at the charge all Purchases AED darham, which increase price by 2.75%
And same way if you returned any product the refund is also get the foreign exchange lose
Also without any reason they cancel order and don't update until customer ask the update of order

I've ordered an item on the 6th of June to be delivered within one to two weeks, once I've got the courier shipments information I started to call their phone lines after waiting more than two weeks and no body was answering! After many calls they answered and said that they were provided a wrong contact information and had to return it to the store! I have never been notified by either the courier nor the store about the issue, And had to reship it again they reassured me that it will be an urgent shipment within 48 hours delivery which of course that never happened, again after a week of many calls with the courier company they answered and said that they received the shipment information but never received the item from the store warehouse! By this time l've been waiting for the shipment over a month, I cancelled the order finally and this has been the worst online shopping experience and a very bad costumer service
I ordered 6 items which is cost around 480 dh and than after 1 week I got an email that 1 item is out of stock than they delivered 3 items only which is cost 100 aed after 1 month they said rest will be delivered soon but it's been almost 2 months and still I didn't get my other items when I call to given number no one answer no email nothing don't know how to connect with them and get back my things..
