Mostbet affiliate program payment is 7days told by customer service at mostbet and a manager who is called *alara somnez* who is my personal manager but have been offline for long now since I got to a withdrawal stage his no longer coming online anymore but other days he was active but since I got to my withdrawal stage he went offline for more than 9 hours which I feet sleeping and went to bed, *I'm here to say my withdrawal has been pending more than the promising time which is 7days duration and I'm not happy experiencing a withdrawal issues for 2days now*

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Mostbet. I did not receive the funds from my transaction, and the assigned payment agent, Mohamed Elgorfti, submitted forged documents and even threatened me from an unknown number.
Despite multiple complaints and providing all evidence, my case has not been resolved. I expected a reputable company like Mostbet to take immediate and responsible action, especially for VIP clients.
This situation is unacceptable, and I urge Mostbet to escalate the matter to the Compliance Department and take immediate corrective measures.

Deposited money onto this online casino. I won a decent bit of money so I went to withdraw but was then told I had to make a $100 deposit in order to verify my account. I was very clear about asking if that's all that was required to withdraw and was assured it was. Hello guys, I have received notification that my account was frozen on Mostbet platform. I received email that i need to pass verification, there was a list of necessary documents. I sent them all, but it keep auto-replying me that i need to send my transaction evidence from card, i sent it in screenshot picture, as well as with pdf file form bank confirming my deposit from my bank card, however, they still reply me with same message: "send us transaction evidence from card" it seems like robot-style reply. I have left 371 euros on my account(. I mean before that i used to bet there and all was good and okay. But now they blatantly ignore my documents for verification and does not set up a skype video call for verification.

I am extremely disappointed with MostBet. My user ID is *******, and I placed two bets *******929 and *******249) which I won fair and square. However, MostBet refuses to pay out my winnings, claiming the bets were "repeated" under p.p.5.11.

If these bets were truly "repeated," why were they accepted in the first place? And if I had lost, would they have refunded my wager because they were "repeated"? I placed both bets myself, and they are not duplicates. This excuse is unacceptable.

It's been months, and despite following up multiple times, my issue remains unresolved. MostBet, please stop scamming your users and pay me my rightful winnings! This has been a highly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

I am from Pakistan. I deposited Rs 2000 to their given agent account on JAZZ CASH. They credited me only Rs 200. I contacted their support and gave all deposit proof. But they just refused me saying they did not receive Rs 2000. I sent them Deposit slip, my account statement and everything they asked. But they refused me.

Then I asked them to show their agent account statement where my deposit had come, they said it is confidential.

So if someone even deposits Rs 100,000, he should remain ready that his money can be lost without even playing a single game.
