I paid over 3,500.00. They encourage you to spend a lot of money testing home, lab test, stating you have a good case. Which our home was terrible. After they where paid for test to be done nothing further happened. They promised to get the case resolved. Didn't here any more from them. Lost a lot of money. This company is a total SCAM!

I always always ALWAYS check reviews – – except this time. I was scammed exactly the same way as the other people here, and IMO it was even more messed up that they just kept lying to me and manipulating me, because as I told them, I am *very* ill — too ill to have to deal with mold in my autistic son's apartment in another state OR BEING SCAMMED OUT OF $2,000. I was extremely distraught, and *I don't know how they sleep at night taking advantage of anyone, let alone an ill mother like me.*

So it happened to me because I'm so ill that I misread how to interpret the original mold test that was done by a reputable company, and it looked like the mold levels were 10 times higher than the *minimum* unsafe level. If I hadn't done that then obviously none of this would have happened, but I didn't figure it out until the next day, which is when I started asking for a refund. Tonight I realized I was definitely getting the runaround from this woman who was supposedly "helping" me, so I went online to check reviews and found this site.

And they can get away with it because of the darn second part in the contract about the consulting fee being non-refundable. Obviously I would have signed it anyway even if I had read that, because I was so frantic, scared, worried, and TRUSTING, and she was SO nice and empathetic and reassuring, that it was an incredible relief that someone was going to be able to handle all of this for me.

UGH!

Edited two days later: I found a voicemail from a manager (?) who said he understands I'm having a problem doing the next phase of this process, and he'll be happy to help me if I call the number he gave me.

Then I found an email this morning from a totally different person, supposedly a case manager, to remind me that they still haven't received the pictures they need for the pack up and insurance claim, and to reach out if I need any help with that.

I know it won't get me anywhere, but I emailed her back repeating that I misinterpreted the results and **don't need their services, hence my cancellation**, and I want my refund.

I'm on the phone with the fraud dept of the bank right now to dispute the charges.

Mold Law Group has a huge a sales agenda to make money off people victimized by mold exposure. They build you a mold case for attourneys to review. No actual lawyers work for them. They charge outrageous prices for the service of collecting your evidence, testing the home, and medical testing for mold. Most attorneys aren't interested in mold cases because the problem is you can argue the "science as relative. Unless you have over 1mil in mold damages to your home and health you won't get far. They don't call any attourneys for you you have to do all the work and then no one wants your case after you've spent thousands of dollars with Mold Law Group. They don't care after the case is made, they've made their money off you and see you later! A total rip off for something I could've done myself. They manipulate your feelings of helplessness to get you to buy their services and then say well you'll be reimbursed from the case in court. NOT TRUE! You can build your own case and collect your own evidence and test your own self and house for way cheaper than what they are selling. Don't use them!

SCAM RUN AWAY! Please don't get this company in ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM if you think you have mold please call a lawyer first. They tell you that you have a case, how they can help to get everything together and help you find the right lawyer for your case and at the end they STOP answering emails and phone calls. Their fee are SUPER high I lost $10,000 with this company thinking that they were the right company that will help me with my case and finding the a lawyer. I was told by the Mold Law Group so called my case manager * to find my OWN laywer and no lawyer want to take my case not even the once they referred to me. I don't have a case and I am out $10,000. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO MOLD LAW GROUP. Find a lawyer and someone else that can help you.

Your deception is in your name. I feel that your company is cruel by using coercion against vulnerable. You take our money with this clause "The entire amount of the Consulting Fee shall be considered earned upon receipt. Client further agrees that this Consulting Fee is non-refundable." We who are in crisis and desperate for help. I cannot imagine calling that my form of income to provide for my own family. It it so sad, they lie manipulate and steal from your family its a huge legally assisted con.

Please beware and avoid this company! This is a fraudulent company and a scam. If I could leave zero stars I would. They will scare you into thinking you need their help when you do not, and they will charge you thousands of dollars. If you try to cancel and get a refund, they will tell you you cannot have a refund, and then continue with what they are doing, even though you asked them to stop. They are not even a law group, and in fact, when the bank wants to verify the payment authorization, they call themselves a PR (public relations) group. They have lawyers on staff to protect themselves against litigation, but they tell you they do not offer legal services. In order to prove your case, they tell you you will have to send fecal matter in the mail. I tried to cancel the same day as the alleged inspection/sample collection and they refused. All they did was send someone to allegedly collect air samples, and then sent those alleged samples to a lab over one week after I tried to cancel and get a full refund for $1800, so that legally they would not have to give me my money back. They will make you sign a contract, and the contract states they can consult a web search engine if they don't know the answers to your legal questions. I did not sign the contract, someone else did, and I didn't see the contract until after the payment was processed. I still cannot get a refund.
