NOTHING BUT PRAISE.
We have been searching for an electric mobility scooter for over seven months and finally decided to get the Luxuryton for the following reasons:
1/ four wheels - very stable
2/ great turning radius - can turn in small areas
3/ suitable for both inside and outside use - compact
4/ fantastic speed for outside use - practical
5/ great look - not like the old medical scooters
6/ low price - costs less than anywhere else
7/ guaranteed parts supply - unlike other scooters

The scooter arrived in mint condition, battery installed and perfectly packaged.

For us, it is even more important that the company helped us with the delivery because the freight company messed it up. They were very helpful to coordinate the shipping so we could get the scooter without any problems.

I could not be any happier with my new ride.
This scooter is like driving a new Cadillac. I got the wide seat and it's what is needed if you are big and need the arms down.
Very smooth ride and I got the powerbooster to get even more power.
This scooter has given me a life!

Emailed customer service and within just a few hours they helped me with my question in regards to the tire pressure. (later I also found it on the side of the tire)

This is my first review in my life and I can tell you how happy I am.
I bought this scooter almost 4 years ago. I work in a large school and due to arthritis, could not get to places I needed to go without great pain. I am over 300 lbs and this scooter has held up very well. It comes apart easily and I can lift each part and battery up and into my SUV. I find it easier to load into an SUV than a trunk since I don't have to lift up and out when removing it.
This scoot has changed my life. I can go to places that other wise I would have to miss out on. I love going to the farmer's market, sight seeing, conventions and sporting events. I am able to go to amusement parks without having to rent a scooter now. My scooter has been in grass, gravel, up hills, down hills, all over. My family loves me using it so they can put their bags and goodies in the basket. I am thinking about purchasing a rear basket for the family trips! With this scooter I can go anywhere!
It has held up great and I have not had any mechanical problems with it. It is easy to drive and simple to take care of.
I am going to be ordering another one in the next few weeks, not because there is anything wrong with this one, but I travel between here and another destination and decided it would be easier to have one at each place rather than haul it back and forth! I will have more room for luggage that way.
If you are hesitant to purchase one of these scooter don't be. It can change your life!

I am a diabetic with constant ulcers on the bottom of my feet. This wheelchair wIll allow me to go places that I have avoided for a long time. The mall, Flea markets, and amusement parks just to name a few. I am 6‘1" and weigh about 320 pounds and I have no problems fitting in the seat or getting in and out of the wheelchair. The chair is easy to use and folds just like advertised. I love my Porto Mobility Ranger Wheelchair and would recommend it to anyone needing a portable wheelchair.
Update: 5/1/19 Traveled to Florida for business and had no issues taking my Ranger through airport security and to the gate. You need to get a claim ticket at the gate. Folded it up right before the plane entrance, they put it on board and after landing it was awaiting for me at the plane exit, ready to unfold, jump on, and ride up the gate exit. It really travels well if you can fit your clothes in a large backpack as a carryon. I just strapped my backpack onto the back of the wheelchair when traveling through the airport. Wow what a great experience.
The company is truly excellent. They helped me all the way along. I recommend them to everybody.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an electric wheelchair from my mom. It didn't work. I could not get a human at their "customer service" number. You can leave a message, but their message says the mailbox isn't monitored. So, I turned to their email address and the way I was treated was absolutely abhorrent. It truly is unbelievable. My email laid out the issue and I asked for help with repairing or returning. I received an email accusing me of trying to perpetrate a fraud on their company. I kid you not! Despite multiple emails and me asking for repeatedly for information and assistance, they still have not come close. I'm spending my own money to send it back to the address in the label. Their customer service is borderline abusive. Runnn.

Horrible company with absolutely horrible customer service if you call it that a couple 5 word email reply's cannot contact this company recieved the scooter damaged and not working properly I cannot get and response from company they have already been paid and do not care that received damaged and non working DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU GET THE SCOOTER IN WORKING CONDITION ITS OUT OF LUCK

Glad to find this electric trike finally. I've searched the net for over 5 months for the best one and now I am enjoying it.
The trike itself is a wonderful machine, capable of reaching about 24 mph and runs for about 40 miles on a single charge.
The delivery driver was in a hurry and he accidentally dropped the far end so one of the fenders got damaged. Sent a quick email to the company add within 24 hours they mailed me a new one. THAT'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.

This bike is phenomenal. I will add another update as I use the bike. I ordered 2. Both arrived perfectly because of great packaging. I opened the package on the center kitchen island for product height and better view of the product. Foam packing and wrapping protected all parts of my bike. I watched a You Tube video about assembly of this brand of bike (someone should add the video to this page). I than followed directions. A supplement page is provided in the direction to loosen and spin the top piece on the fork. Assembly was extremely easy. Everything is clearly labeled. I am a person who requires clear and simple direction. This is clear and very simple. My only gap was the top piece on the fork and zip tying the wire so it did not nook wonky. The bike is 85% put together, all tools are included, and anyone can do the assembly. The first bike took about an hour. The second bike assembly took about 25 minutes. I suggest plugging in the battery during the unpacking. Everyone wants to ride as soon as possible.

Both bikes, batteries, and parts were well labeled and cared for during packaging. You can tell someone packed these as if they needed to be perfect upon delivery.

I have the bikes assembled. The wife and I will test drive these over the weekend and I will provide additional impression. The first impression is this great quality bike. Follow directions for easy assembly. This is the bike to buy.
I would absolutely recommend both the bikes and the company to anybody.

When I first contacted this company I informed them that I was interested in purchasing a mobility scooter. They accepted my deposit and I haven't been able to reach them since. I've made several attempts since August but to know avail UNTIL... I sent them an email stating that I have contacted my local authorities and my bank. Once they responded to that, the only thing the continued to say was "check your spam" REALLY?! Well they canceled my order and won't refund my money... JERKS!
