I dry my jewelry off other wise it does tarnish because of the brass. The brass comes through - otherwise i'm happy w/ the jewerly.

I've purchased several items and each experience has been quick and easy. There have been a couple of glitches but each time they have made the experience painless and one item was replaced and I was given credit for the other and I was able to replace it with the same item and I was given extra credit and purchased an additional item.

This is the second bracelet that I have purchased. My Daughter saw my bracelet & fell in love with it so this one is for her. The bracelet is even more beautiful than the photos. I also have a Palliative care nurse that also admired Mint & Lily's work & said she will also be interested in purchasing a few items from them. I could not praise them enough would recommend purchasing jewlery from them & I know you would be completely satisfied.

I had a problem with a set of earrings. Contacted customer service via email, they got back to me the next day. Gave me a couple of options to solve my problem. I asked for money/ shipping order refund on next order. They sent the codes directly to my email the same day. Loaded the codes on my next order and practically had the order paid for from the refund/shipping. Wonderful customer service experience.Thank you Mint and Lily

It's not so bad but I always click as guest because it's not automatically displaying to pay either other card since I am not paying with Shop or Apple

Ordered a necklace on 12/4 as a Christmas present for my mom. A tracking number was never assigned. Reached out to customer service on 12/19 and was told 'everything still shows it's on schedule to arrive between Dec 17 and Dec 22". I reached out to customer service on 12/22 and was told 'I'm keeping a close eye on it but if you still don't see any tracking movement, let me know'. Contacted them again on 12/23 and was told 'I've flagged your shipment for priority monitoring in our system'. On 12/26, I again reached out to customer service where the response now was 'I just double-checked our shipping dashboard and unfortunately the carrier still hasn't provided any new scans since the package left our fulfillment center on 12/14', so the previous responses were lies - there was nothing showing that it was still targeted to arrive between 12/17-12/22. There was never a number assigned to it! On 12/30, they agreed to ship out a replacement. Well guess what?, the replacement still has no tracking information available for it. In terms of refunds, they only offer $25 discount codes - why would I want to order from this inept company again?! I have filed a fraud claim on the charge for the original order.
There are so many lovely pieces available. It's hard to select just one. Great for mothers, grandmothers and sisters. The pieces look beautiful on and wear comfortably.

I purchased 2 pairs of earrings a while back and love them! I came back looking for more, and found so much more! Love all the bracelets that I can stack, and I found fidget rings! Can't wait to receive my new order!

Very happy with all of my purchases and the overall quality of the jewelry! My only complaint is shipping with USPS. They are always delayed. My last package was shipped from Mint & Lily facility on 12/17/2025 and as of 1/2/2026, I still have not received it. Cannot get any package tracking information either. Should never take 12 plus days to get here from Louisiana to Alabama.

Mint and Lily is an excellent company to shop with! I had a small snafu with a Christmas present received, and the customer service team went above and beyond in an exceptionally timely manner to make it right! I was most pleased with not only their product, but especially with their customer service and desire to please! I have shopped Mint and Lily before this holiday season and I will continue to shop Mint and Lily in the future!

Edit: We did receive the item, not when it was suppose to be delivered but before xmas. My review still stands if you need an item by a certain date I would not order from them.
AI customer service, invalid tracking numbers, item didn't arrive. No human to talk to. Disputed charges as fraud since item didn't arrive when suppose to, then they changed the date to 25 Dec, tracking number still says invalid. Every email sent to them is responded to in a minute with a long winded "we are sorry BS" by AI. Can't review item as it never arrived, I am not saying you won't get your item eventually but just not when they promise. Time will tell if it ever arrives.
Customer Support with Mint & Lily is the best of ALL websites. Return & exchanges are so simple & easy. Even on Christmas Eve I received an answer to my questions in under an hour & this is unheard of in the industry. Mint & Lily genuinely want YOU to be happy. I am one happy customer & will continue to buy their beautiful jewelry.

Unfortunately one of my previous purchases tarnished. I hesitated to report it but thought I may as well see how quick they won't answer. Shockingly, I go a response to my reported disappointment that evening and within a short period of time I was refunded immediately. Thank you M&L for the integrity of your business practices. If you're ordering from them, proceed with caution. I ordered on Nov 24 to beat the Christmas rush FOR MY 6 NIECES! Nothing has arrived and its Dec 18th already. When I reached out to them, I got a bot responses instead of actual help. Mistakes happen, we all know but ignoring customers doesn't. This company feels like it's running on autopilot at best.

I ordered the rectangular diamond looking earrings and they appeared much larger in the picture. Very disappointed and in reading the return information there seems to be a restocking fee. So I'll just give them to someone and avoid the shipping cost.
I ordered the birthstone ring with my late husband, mine, and our three daughters birthstones on it. It truly exceeded my expectations. It arrived very quickly for a personalized piece of jewelry. I've already ordered another ring and a necklace because I was so pleased and impressed with my original order.

Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
Answer: You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive. It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
