I ordered a product from the Company months ago. It was some dissolvable creatine and it absolutely does not dissolve and is horrible tasting. I never intended to order again. I wake up months later to an email notifying me that my subscription order has been completed and they charged me $160 for a 6 month refill. I had no idea there was a subscription associated with my order and they provided no notice until they charged by credit card. The charges hit at 1 am ET and per the bot on their website they only offer a "3 hour window" to cancel any order. Well I obviously was asleep when the order went through but in any case, most companies with subscriptions give you a heads up that another order is going to be placed. I have since tried calling the company, emailing the company, attempting to reach via their chat. They seemingly have no people to work for them. This is completely wrongful and deceptive business practices on their part. Give me back my money.
