I absolutely love Mia Belle Girls. I bought a unicorn princess dress for my twins and I couldn't believe how beautiful the quality of the dress was. My girls got so many compliments and everyone wanted to know where I bought the dresses. Also, the customer service is phenomenal. When I first received the dresses, they were too big. I sent an e-mail asking if I can exchange the dresses for a smaller size. I was told to send the dresses back and they'll send me the smaller sizes. Within a week the dresses were sent back to me. I would surely do business with Mia Belle Girls again in the future.

The dress was not the dress I ordered. It looked like a slip in person, there was no embroidery on the front or back as pictured (see link). There was no beading as pictured (see link). There were a few sequins on top. This dress was a size 7 and clearly could fit a 10 or 12 year old. Poor quality fabric. The dress ordered was structured. This dress was flimsy.

Good quality dress purchased for my daughter for special event. The tulle material was good quality and the dress is very dainty. Good length, good cream colored dress that my daughter has perfected her twirl in.

I ordered on May 30th. I have received one item of the 5 I ordered. It is now July 6th and the other 4 pieces have not been received by the shipping company. When I inquired, I was told customs takes a long time. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you want to receive your order in a timely fashion.

I ordered the "sleeping beauty" look alike dress, and the one I received was not that same as the one in the picture. The colors and pink shades are different, sleeves are missing the pink cuffs, the pattern on the bodice and other parts on the dress are not the same, and the skirt doesn't have the iridescent tule as pictured on the website. Nowhere in the description of the dress did it explain that product details may vary. The dress is still cute, but not worth the price I paid. The dress pictured on the website is worth the price, in my opinion, but the dress I received is probably worth half the price. The quality is just not the same.

If placing a big order becareful. They send differently to save the most money and arrives late then they dont want to help, but they have good reviews so i think they might be selective on clients to whom they help or jot also maybe friends are leaving positive reviews only

I wish I could give them zero star. Quality of material is bad. Delivery time took over a month as it kept saying it's coming from out of country. I chose this boutique as it claims all products made in the USA to support home grown businesses but it's a lie, the stuff is made in China with poor quality. I had ordered 4 pieces for my baby and 2 dresses for myself. None of the items received had a tag as if it was someone else's worn clothes that I spent $300 on it. I would never put on such cheap bad quality fabric on my baby's soft skin so I asked for return labels. I was told unless clothes have tags they won't accept returns even though I had mentioned to them my concern about receiving these items without tags. I literally wasted my money and the clothes are sitting in a corner of the closet either throw it away in garbage or donate it.

I would give them zero if I could. I have been waiting for a matching swimming suit for me and my daughter for the past 8 weeks since I have placed my order. Customer service responded very slow to my emails or calls with no solutions or alternatives on how they can help us out. I don't recommend buying to this company. My daughter has been checking the mail box every single day:-(

This company is not willing to work with their clients, you won't get your money back if something doesn't fit only store credit, they take forever to ship (mine took 30days) and once you place your order they won't let you canceled.

I bought these silk pajamas for my kid and they came in a tiny size (not the one i ordered). I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't give me my money back but instead gave me a gift card for purchasing another one. No one will answer the phone and their customer service is the worst i've ever seen. No one will answer their emails or the phone and you always have to constantly leave voicemails. Please, please, please, don't buy from this website and don't waste your money because i still haven't gotten mine back and it's been 9 months.

I ordered matching swimsuits for my daughter and granddaughter March 18th. After 3 weeks the one for my granddaughter arrived, quality wasn't great you could tell it's cheaply made and will only last thru a few uses but it was fine for the purposes we needed it for. As for the adult suit it never arrived. I've emailed customer service many times and always get told it's lost in the mail. They give new tracking numbers which also never arrive. Today is 4/29 and I still have received nothing. I requested a refund for that portion of the order and they refuse, saying it's in the mail and hope I enjoy the product. I will never order from this retailer again.

The actual product I received looks so cheap and ugly. The material, design, and color is worse than a $5 swimsuit. It's just the same pattern from its website. Sara, customer service supervisor, refused to refund to my original payment and issued the store credit. The company takes an advantage of online shopping. I should've checked BBB for 60 complaints in addition to the company unsolved complaints for past 12 months. Don't get fooled by the pretty pictures. It's totally scam.

Do not order from this company! I ordered two dresses for my daughters to wear in my niece's wedding. The order confirmation said the dresses would arrive by the end of February. I made the order at the end of January. One dress arrived several weeks after the order was made, but the size was not indicated so I could not tell which dress it was. I reached out in March about the status of the other dress and was told 18-21 more days. Over a month later, I reached out again and was told 18-21 more days. As this is too late for the wedding, I asked to cancel the order and return the first dress. I was told I could not return the dress because it was too late. I would have returned the first dress sooner if I was given correct information about the status of the 2nd dress. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Since I had this experience I have googled around and seen that my experience is very common. They have several business complaints.

I would like to recommend everyone to this online store Mia Belle Girls to buy clothes for little kids. My friend frequently order their clothes for her daughter. The choice is enormous and the cost is very affordable.

They couldn't commit to timelines, expedite shipping, or anything. I asked to escalate to someone who maybe could help, and that was a waste - same canned messaging. The worst part is the owner has completely rigged the SEO and reviews for anyone to get anything useful. Scam, scam, scam, stay away! Please!
