This outfit is really soft and holds up well. The fabric looks great, even after going through the wash. It looks very expensive and as pretty in person as in photos.

The outfit is adorable but I am disappointed that the bow to match the outfit has not arrived and therefore will not be able to be worn for Easter festivities. Probably not good marketing to show a complete outfit if the products can be up to 3 weeks different in shipping or in my case longer because I still do not have the bow

I placed a large order. When some items didn't arrive when needed, I contacted them to cancel those items. I was told it couldn't be done because they were in transit. That was over a month ago. Those items still haven't arrived and they were ordered 2 months ago. Had to write customer service twice to get an answer which was not prompt at all. Items that were sent were overstuffed into a bag that was too small. Their phone is not in service so all contact must be done by email. Horrible company.

Bought 3 light sabers and a princess Leia dress. I just received the light sabers after 3 weeks and they do not look anything like the pictures or description mia belle gave. They don't even change colors. I'm still waiting on the dress at this time which my daughter will not have to wear tonight for the Halloween party due to very slow shipping. This is unacceptable. I better be able to return the light sabers without any issue.

I ordered an outfit for a birthday gift and now I'm unable to get any information/service. I've emailed twice and nothing. I logged into my account and after 11 days that order has not even been processed. I'm now looking elsewhere and I'll return this outfit if it ever arrives. The cute clothes are not worth the hassle.

I ordered a pair of boots and a costume in the beginning of Sept. The costume stated it would ship Mid oct. But the boots shipped Sept 14th. I still have not received them and its Oct 6th every time I reach out I get told about the costume shipping in mid Oct. I want to know where my boots are I was also told because of covid and other things it was taking longer. Well it's not taking longer for any other company I literally shop online all the time and have revieved every other package in a timely manner! I want my boots or I want a full refund on the whole order!

This is a terrible company, with terrible customer service! They sporadically ship your items out and you never know when you'll get them. Also, they take no care in how they package the items... many items came completely ruined! They will be rude to you and will argue with when you have issues about anything! I wasted hundreds of dollars on this company - their clothes aren't true to size and made cheaply in China! Not wasting any more money on them! Don't bother buying from them!

Like many online retailers, we source our items from different facilities and warehouses, which will ship out at different times. We do not compile all the items on an order and ship it out in one box. However, items from the same facility will ship together. We are working to improve our customer experience and while we were providing answers as straightforward as possible, we understand it may come across as direct. We never want to offend our customers, and apologize if you took it that way. We confirmed that we saw items in the return portal and apologize for your experience. Terrible experience! I got a coupon for $10 off and order from the website for my niece. Placed my order on July 22. Did not receive any email confirmation. I emailed Aug 3 and got a respond back saying their system have a glitch and offered me two option. I choose to cancel and requested full refund back. No email for confirmation to cancel yet I received a shipping confirmation with 3 items. I emailed back and specifically requesting to cancel with full refund. I got an email with a refund back to my account in the amount of $43.96 out of $133.92. So far I only received 2 item from the 3 item that was shipped, I ordered total of 8 items. Just terrible experiences! Def not worth the headache for shopping.

Mia belle has awesome quality and super cute girls clothes. Fast shipping too. My granddaughter loves everything I have purchased. Their customer service is awesome too. I had an issue with one item. I emailed and they immediately expedited the correct outfit to us. They even gave me a $10 digital gift card to use on our next order for the inconvenience. Thank you Mia Belle. I have ordered clothing from MiaBelle several times over the past few years and have loved everything I bought. Everything has arrived as pictured on the site and on time. I've mostly bought clothing for my daughter for special occasions and we always receive compliments on the clothing!
