Can't get them to answer their phone, messages or emails. Spent $400 here for a new cat tower and the customer service is absoltely horrible! Requested a replacement part for a cat tower I purchased, which came broken in half. My original email requesting a replacement piece wasn't answered so I called. Khavri stated it would go out Monday and I would receive an email with the shipment confirmation. Two days later, no email confiriming shipment and when I called, Khavri stated it still hadn't shipped. Our phone call was disconnected and I have now called back 13 times to obtain more detail as to why it hasn't shipped and NOBODY will answer the phone.

I've ordered three items on separate occasions during the pandemic months, all have been swiftly acknowledged and processed, and the products use quality materials, neat workmanship, and were well-received gifts. Silk scarves, costume jewelry and a plush cat stuffy. Follow- up on orders was prompt and seamless. Great website. Two paws UP! The Meowington's stuffy is terrific--pet-able toe beans! >^.^<

Spent $90 on multiple items. Never have receive anything. Contacted customer service twice. The first time they said that some items are out of stock and the rest are on back order. They even did not bother to respond to my second email about not receiving either the order or refund. The worst online company.

Wave Cat Tree: Well, it might work if I could ever put it together. Two parts are different than the illustration, the description and the video. I have been emailing and calling for over a week. And still no answer. I have never been able to speak with a person, most of the time the mailbox is full, their return emails ask for pictures. I have sent them twice. This is truly a terrible company to try to do business with.

They have my money. I don't have a cat tree.

Sure they give you the tiny dimensions of this magnet but when it arrives I was still surprised by how truly miniature it really is! I'm talking barely bigger than my thumbnail, a 5'1" 116 lb, woman! For the price, $6.90 (it went up. 60 in the week since I ordered it). Call me cheap but nearly 7.00 for something so small it's too lightweight to ever hold anything on a refrigerator or anywhere else! Do they still make onion paper? It "might" hold up a piece of that! It was very disappointing. They say "her smile" etc, etc. Well I had to use a magnifying glass but it has a normal cat mouth, no smile!

Complete garbage. I bought a remote control mouse that will not pair with bluetooth in app, even after pairing with bluetooth in phone's settings. On top of that the app's error messages and statuses are in horrible broken English that doesn't even make any sense (for example: "close connect with mouth", whatever that means). Waste of $50 and meowingtons wont accept returns due to some BS "hygienic reasons". Suspiciously, nearly all the reviews in the google play store for the app are 1 Star but the reviews on meowingtons sire are 5 stars. They either plant reviews or just dont accept any critical reviews, mine included. Stay away from this scam of a site.

It really pains me to trash a cute cat-related site (I love cats and all cute cat things), but when a merchant won't post a perfectly valid, rational, thoughtful bad review, it really chaps my butt. I wrote a 2-star review for one of their items and they did not post it. This is so scammy! It infuriates me when sites pick and choose only the best reviews.

I purchased several toys for my kitties. I was STUNNED by the high prices--$14 for a little stuffed cloth cat toy?!? But they were cute, and Meowingtons kept slapping coupon codes on the screen until I got one for 55% off, and I thought well, that's not bad. Less than $7 for this cat toy and it's probably great! That's why it costs so much, right? (Isn't it amazing how high prices make us think that? Every time!)

So I ordered the stuff and to their credit their shipping was reasonably quick. But the toys were so small! I opened the package and thought... what? They're tiny! If they really did contain catnip, it wasn't much. I couldn't smell it and apparently neither could my cats. The toys are still laying on the floor untouched a week later. I guess I'll throw them out eventually.

WAY, WAY, WAY overpriced, clearly just so they can offer 40%, 50%, 60% discounts--they really prey on discount psychology. And they won't post poor reviews. You had a chance to impress me, Meowingtons, and you blew it.

I'm a new cat owner and was very worried about getting the right stuff for kitty, owing to my busy schedule. Thanks to Meowingtons, this is not a problem any more for me. The store offers all the essentials, right from the cat food to cat collars. I just order the things whenever I get time in the day and the things are delivered within 3 to 4 days. Last month, I ordered a costume for my kitty, but the wrong piece was delivered. The customer support responded promptly and the package was exchanged instantly. I would highly recommend it to all the fur-owners like me.

Ordered a planner and a ring from this website on 12/19/2016. We'll it is now 02/05/2017 and I still have not received these items.

I emailed them early January to see why my items had not shipped, or if they had and I didn't get an email. They emailed back and said the order is back ordered but it should be ready to ship on Jan 9th. That seemed kinda reansonable so I didn't worry. They emailed me again in January stating the planner was on a back order and to rest assured I'd receive my items by Jan 30th. I asked if they could send the ring separately and they said no the whole order is back ordered. I then got another email after I did not receive anything on 1/30 stating that the items will now be ready to ship on 2/28/2017. That's 2 months after I placed the order. They won't give me a full refund and they won't directly answer the question why I havnt gotten my items and why it's taking to long. They just keep sending the same script that says:

"Thank you for sending us an email regarding this matter, I do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to the high demand of the Purr Planner item is still out of stock. When this occurs, your order automatically gets placed on back order and will be held till we are back in stock of the product.

This item, along with the other items you have ordered, will be ready for shipment on February 28th.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience."

Bottom line, don't order from this site because you will loose your money and not get your items.
