MAN Commercial is prolific at writing its own fake 5 star reviews on Google. I have seen the latest September 2025 screenshots and all the overwhelming evidence that supports this recent scam. Always immediately after the company receives negative feedback you will see the corrupt Human Resources team start fabricating forged 5 star reviews. On this occasion it was the compliance Apprentice Poppy Rigley working for MAN Commercial giving out generous feedback! Funny how such intelligent people get jobs with a company that's on a major course of collapse and decline through its own arrogance and belief that it is untouchable! Sadly these types of gullible staff don't last long and usually end up getting sacked the moment MAN Commercial starts to see a backlash off her bogus review. Turnover is now significantly lower than before after losing all the contracts at Amazon. Good luck to any foolish company that is still using these cowboys. Don't buy business from them just because MAN Commercial has told you they won a few awards and give small money to charity donated by employees. Amazon Warehouse, DHL and many other businesses have now terminated contracts with MAN Commercial because the service was so diabolical and not fit for purpose. Shamefully exaggerated, Overrated, and one of the worst security companies ever to exist in the UK for having such a bad toxic working environment. This company has been on a self destruct path for years. It only exists now through cheating clients & telling lies to its employees about non existent opportunities. Most of its clients was spun fairy tale stories about a wonderful service, but in reality all that matters is how much money can they fleece from you. Gullible businesses thinking MAN Commercial has their best interests at heart! Wake up people or keep giving your money to these fraudsters. Look at what your paying for? It's outrageous & criminal for MAN Commercial to be using guards who have previously had heart attacks and passed out on the job. Seriously, how on earth does a 35 stone security guard with breathing difficulties in flip flops unable to walk keep your business safe? These are the sort of low quality guards they are recruiting nowadays. The owner of this company regularly bragging on social media podcasts about how well he looks after his staff, but only ever paying them minimum wage! Expecting them to travel 80 miles away 40 miles each way during peak hour traffic to cover shifts without petrol allowance. Recently the company had the stuffing knocked out of them when they lost a massive contract with Amazon Warehouse, DHL & dozens of smaller ones. Not surprisingly all of the staff that originally worked for MAN Commercial decided to abandon a sinking ship and go work for the new security companies that took over from MAN under T. U. P. E Law.

What goes around comes around and what you sow is what you reap.

These are just a handful of the hundreds of archived reviews in circulation that MAN Commercial Protection Limited doesn't want you to see or read. Over the years they have tried relentlessly to hide them and threaten staff to remove them from platforms by any means possible.

Cheats and bullies never prosper in the end because they always get caught and end up looking over their shoulders. This company has fraudulent deep rooted tendencies and does not deserve to be trading under the ACT scheme with so many dishonest practices taking place each day like many negative reviews are saying.

They should be dismantled and removed from companies house immediately and stru ck off that registrar with a permanent banning order in place. They cannot be trusted, always acting, or proceeding in a particular dodgy way. As you can see MAN Commercial Protection have extensive history of abusing staff and dozens of Employment Tribunal cases, complaints and Grievances lodged against them.

Nobody would have worked for them or signed contracts with them if they had of read all of these reviews first. It all makes sense now why they are desperately trying to silence and cancel out workers opinions by fraudulently placing lots of dummy 5 star reviews.

They are proper two faced scumbags who like to play dirty and lots of Ex-employees have confirmed that by reporting them for unlawful deductions, Breach of Contract, Race Discrimination etc. Some staff who was too frightened to speak out just walked away abandoning their Jobs and never returned. Many employees reported this company to the Employment Tribunal Services for unfair treatment, so please take a look at the evidence if you don't believe me or if your walking around in self denial with your eyes closed.

Never follow the crowd. You will get trapped. They have a lot of ' Useful idiots' working for them. Staff who don't care much about themselves and don't mind working for the lowest paying security company in the UK. Other securit providers do give employment packages with attractive benefits, but with man Commercial you're stripped to the bone on zero rewards and not any chance of a promotion which is soul destroying. They need to be audited by the government officials on undercover basis to catch them out on its daily activities and how they cut corners. When they do site checks nothing will ever happen if you require help. Terrible company to work for.

After several requests for uniform that fits I have give up waiting and asking. I sent the company 3 emails explaining that the white shirts are too small. A Supervisor came to site with a box, within minutes he drove away saying he was busy, but the shirts 2 sizes bigger still never fitted in the chest. Just cheap rubbish to be honest. The black fleece looked second hand to me and to my disappointment they are mean and penny pinching not supplying boots which I need for lots of patrols. I will now need to buy out of my own pocket clothes that fit me just to do my job. Already I am put off by the way this company has treated me.

MAN Commercial Protection Limited are just a bunch of aggressive unprofessional thugs in uniform who like to bully old ladies. The worst crowd control management I have ever seen in my whole 40 years working in Security. I felt really sorry for this old lady who was assaulted pushed around and frightened shouting (help me, help me) MAN are always falsely bragging how good they are, so I thought everyone should see the other side to them as this video clearly shows some of their staff are just untrained goons acting in a criminal manner. Even YouTube have said be warned some viewers may find this inappropriate. If your foolishly thinking about hiring this dodgy business to look after your security needs don't bother because they are a public liability. Your taking a massive risk hiring MAN Commercial who only employ and pay for low quality guards. You would need to take out and pay for top level public liability insurance to cover your business for the security guards unpredictable behaviour, just in case a member of the public is injured whilst working at your company.

Direct management is mean and unprofessional. No one really likes to work directly with them. Employees get laid off and get called to come back months later

Do not trust a single person at this company, they are fake people who didn't do anything they said they would in the training. I only worked there for 2 months and can only confirm this company is family run, they write 5-star reviews for their business. In fact, there is an extremely hostile environment with extreme favoritism.

If your working for this crowd of jokers or using them to provide your security services then more fool you. They are a very dishonest bunch at head office and seem to have their fingers in all sorts of pies. Messing around with tax codes, messing with employees hard earned cash by taking unlawful deductions for courses, and charging for uniforms without telling staff. I am not surprised so many staff now reporting them and leaving their rubbish low-paid jobs. They would rather pay extra to employ strangers from an Agency firm to cover shifts instead of looking after their own people.

I reported MAN Con-mercial to the CMA & SIA for fiddling online Google reviews and offering bribes to employees.

Dozens of its employees situated at MAN Commercials head office have left fake 5 star reviews on the company business page. All exaggerated of course and not allowed under Googles terms & conditions policy which they call " A conflict of interests " A simple search on Google brought up all the employee names on Linkedin.com showing what senior positions they hold within the company.

Not the brightest bunch working at MAN Commercial head office, although most are related with family ties you would think they would behave alot smarter and not be so dumb. It was so obvious something not right after two employees told me they had left bad reviews about not receiving overtime pay, but within hours they had disappeared. At least 30 negative reviews have been removed, even if a couple was false it still remains corrupt for MAN Commercial to be abusing its position by tampering with employees reviews.

I had serious suspicions about them and decided to monitor their online behaviour over a period of around 3 months. I discovered that they was fiddling Google business reviews and reported them to the Competition & Markets Authority and the SIA. Getting office staff to write favourable 5 star reviews is rampant at this security firm and has been going on for a very long time. ( see Aabheer Singh 5 year old Google review.) Other security firms should complain who have lost out to winning contracts because of these deceitful acts by MAN Commercial.

In the past month alone I counted at least 20 positive reviews placed on its business page to bolster its ratings. They obviously paid a SEO company or have some sort of corrupt deal going on with a dodgy family member placing bogus positive reviews to keep its Google score at 3.8 stars. Even their Google front business page is corrupt with only hand picked reviews. Luckily I was on the ball and managed to take 30 screenshots to prove which ones they manipulated and removed including all of the names of genuine people who left a criticising bad review about MAN Commercial recently as follows:-

MAN Commercials Google score has never dropped below 3.8 stars, although if all the negative posts was to be resurrected and put back on the owners business page the company would be showing around 2 stars. That would be the true accurate score and nobody would hire them or use them for security services. MAN obviously has full control of the Google My Business Account which allows the owner to modify, edit or remove negative reviews.

These are all serious fraudulent activities all designed to deceive potential customers and make his company look better than it is. They cannot manipulate or change any other reviews across other platforms and thats why they are all showing between 2 or 3 stars max which is a true reflection on how badly this security business is riddled with corruption and fraud.

They needed to be reported to both the Competition & Markets Authority and the Security Industry Authority for bad business practices. I have receipts and confirmation emails to prove I have taken this matter further. ( available on request) MAN must of thought they was untouchable and everybody was terrified to report them. Even if the Authorities do nothing I have enough evidence to share across all the media platforms to expose them and prove what a rotten horrible cheating firm they are.

As you can see this company just keeps causing trouble week in week out non stop. More tribunal cases lodged and a more in-depth report on one it's employees suing them who worked at Amazon warehouse in Norwich take a look at the enclosed photo shots.

On the Government Employment Tribunals website several cases of unlawful deductions have been made against them and also accusations for disability, sex and race discrimination. Company is out of control and went rogue years ago investigating themselves when grievances are made against them. Making unlawful deductions without notice from employees wages for cheap uniform and shoddy courses that are not fit for purpose. Using a trainer that spent most of his time sitting in a Limousine and showing off about what jobs he has done abroad. Dene Josham trying to justify his position by pretending that he has known Man for years creeping around management giving out 5 star reviews after only one week with Man says it all. If your a sensible person and value your time then give this place a miss and look for a better honest employer without all of this bad history. Don't be naive take a look at what this company has been up to behind your back. It doesn't matter how posh your work place office is or whether you have the state of the art computer. What car the boss drives or how many Hugo Boss suits he has. If you ask him really nicely and he is not in a bad mood, he may tell you the real truth and the story behind that fake Rolex watch he wears! Just mention the word "NIGHTCLUB" and watch his face turn beetroot with embarrassment. The bottom line is the bloke who is running Man Commercial Protection Ltd is the biggest crook in the security industry and the quicker people see sense the better we can all move forward and get rid of fake companies like Man Commercial. Trying to portray themselves as a great company demonstrates how deluded they have become. Behind the glitter and shiny tinsel a dark side looms, just look at how many complaints made against them proves how corrupt they are. No way can this company keep saying these people never worked for them when all these staff keep coming forward taking them to employment tribunal. The owner and his associates are more bent than a two Bob bit...

Could not believe the photo I saw on the internet the other day of the boss now Chief Executive of MAN Commercial. Wow what a transformation and for all the wrong reasons as well. Comparing a photo from two years ago the man has completely aged dramatically and looks more like a 70 year old man now. All them years of ripping clients off, sacking people, destroying livelihoods and making threats towards his employees saying 'do you know who I am' has finally caught up with him. I was absolutely gobsmacked to see such a rapid decline in his appearance. The heavy wrinkles and receding hairline clearly visible on his large saggy forehead. Ironically, I find it rather amusing and comforting knowing karma acts in mysterious ways. For all of them Security Guards that was mistreated, bullied and suffered hardships it's a form of payback and compensation. The man has made that many enemies and lives in a paranoid twitchy state thinking someone is going to jump out on him. I noted from companies house records he paid himself £250,000 for 2021 financial year and then hired himself a Bodyguard by the name of Dene Josham a close protection specialist who looks after business CEO. Dene has been discretely advertised as the new Security training instructor for MAN Commercial, but we all know the real reason and what purpose he has been hired for with a background in boxing and martial arts. His old henchmen Kevin Webster the cage fighter on YouTube previously employed and Bod the Paratrooper from Star City cinema in Birmingham deserted him just like everyone else does, so he must be feeling vulnerable and unsafe with no back up. A pure bogus specimen of a man that will use anybody to do his dirty work, so be warned. He is the type of person that can talk a good fight, but will always conviently be in the toilet when you need to speak with him or need back up. Very unreliable and a liability prancing around hiding in his office when people make arrangements to come and visit him who are not scared of him. He would never leave his cosy office which is like fortknox, surrounded by CCTV and steel rollershutters on all doors. Then he pretends to be a gangster and hard man by pounding his fists on the boardroom table with people who are terrified. The CEO should learn some manners and start showing respect to his fellow workers. I also have first hand experience and personally witnessed the bad tempered CEO slam his fists on the table causing distress and alarm putting fear into staff. The man is arrogant and has a seriously big ego thinking he is untouchable, but in reality he is a nobody and means nothing. To be behaving like he does makes me think he has mental health issues that's deteriating fast. A final message to to the owner of MAN Commercial Protection Ltd. Sam the previous owner of MAN Commercial would be turning in his grave if he knew that you treated your staff so badly like you do. He was a fine proud man with a great personality and done all the hard work building the foundations for MAN Commercial to exist before you took over. Dave Atkins also made huge contributions, but none of this is mentioned on your website I wonder why? Perhaps because your a self obsessed bore with only half a story to tell. Some of your staff did back to back shifts working 24 hours a day to help you get your business up and running and in return you paid them a pathetic minimum wage with no rewards. All the narcissistic behaviour, power hungry attitude and corporate greed has come at a very high price for you. The old saying goes ' what you sow is what you reap ' no amount of money is worth looking like that 20 years older than you are and having old man syndrome looking over your shoulder everyday. I should point out and remind MAN that rules and legal consequences applies to them as well, especially when they over step the mark by sending heavies steroid freaks to my cousins front door attempting to intimidate him. Bad publicity will follow and I fully welcome investigations involving Union Thomson solicitors if your brave enough which I doubt.

I rarely write reviews about a company, but on this occasion I felt compelled. I am not one little bit surprised to hear or read about what happened to other individuals working for these cowboys, because the same mistreatment and unfair dismissal happened to me. Some of you will be familiar remembering how MAN Commercial Protection treated me. The Director sacked me immediately in a rage of unnecessary jealously. For what I thought to be an act of kindness giving the Directors wife a lift home in the rain. She even happily volunteered to get in my car a BMW, but her husband did not approve losing his temper and decided to abuse his position by sacking me. The following day in a cowardly act of revenge I received a text to say my employment services was no longer required and there was no point in returning as my contract was to be terminated under a falsified policy. There is no way MAN could say I did not work for them as all of my colleagues remember this incident very well and would vouch saying the company frequently abuses it's position. The boss man in charge definitely needs to take the anger management course and stop making threats against his staff. All the respect I once had for them went out of the window after this embarrassing outburst. I was one of the lucky ones finding employment the following week with my brother Mark who works for a computer business. Multiple other guards he sacked on the spot whilst having a temper tantrum was not so fortunate. Genuine people all relying on wages struggled to pay bills after losing their livelihoods because of the Directors bad moods. It's reckless, abusive behaviour to be taking advantage in this manner. They are causing misery and hardship forcing staff to leave. This needs to be reported and investigated. They have a trigger happy structure to fire and rehire on lesser terms. MAN has already earned a bad reputation for themselves and deserves to lose contracts. Just type into any search engine to see who has previously complained through employment tribunals about them. The company is a total train wreck with nothing left to salvage. Every single top bloke that ever worked for them has sadly walked away deserting them. It's a rubbish company considering the Director is the main culprit always bullying and scaremongering. Then has the cheek to pay every one minimum wage, saying he is doing us all a favour in a condescending attitude. The chief boss man who acts more like a gangster than any entrepreneur needs to be struck off any business memberships and his crony family related management team all need replacing to stop the daily systematic abuse and corruption. MAN Commercial past and present behaviour is a disgrace to the security profession. Shockingly the security industry Authority known as the (Sia) gave this rogue company approved contractor status saying they are trustworthy to use.! Trust me when I say you will never find a more wretched hive of rogue behaviour and villainy in the entire universe. These people at head office can turn on you in a split second they are truly vile. I would NEVER use them for security services or recommend them or trust them whatsoever at face value. Be seriously warned about what they are capable of doing if your face don't fit or you question them. Any new recruits should take a moment to read through some of these negative reviews all over the internet. Thank God for all the whistle-blowers now coming forward to share their bad and very disturbing experiences.

The company Director now CEO must think his employees was all born yesterday and easy to fob off. MAN Commercial is rife with corruption and malpractice. It's deep rooted within all the family members that run this privately owned security company. For the past 10 years the CEO have the position of HR Manager to his dishonest wife, who you can never trust. She took advantage on a grand scale coming in early to rifle through employees grievances. All of the companies complaints, grievances and serious accidents on sites was as expected investigated by themselves in house, dealt with informally. Dozens of incidents ignored and covered up through delibrately abusing senior positions of trust. Craig Tetley and Graham Kent both control room supervisos left this company in absolute disgust and was sacked after asking for one pay rise in 8 years service. I remember security guards falling down exposed drains who sustained injuries needing hospital treatment.

One chap needed stitches to see his thigh back together. I also remember guards working in dangerous derilict buildings in the pitch dark treading on protruding rusty nails and live bare electric cables in walls. Several also banged their heads and slipped on wet floors from leaking roofs. One major incident a worker was off for 52 days both knees damaged and MAN refused to pay him sick pay until the solicitors got involved.

These jobs was littered with Health & Safety issues and when we complained the CEO would sarcastically say if your scared of the dark your in the wrong job. Filthy unsafe sites and jobs that MAN Commercial was giving out under contract. The CEO was always making threats towards employees to drop compensation claims made against his company. Telling them he might have to call upon a few favours he was owed from friends in Spain. Frightening them by saying he is a member of the Freemasons and can get any job done no questions asked whatever that means.

Watch out for insecure attention seeking people who are always bragging about who they are. At MAN Commercial you will be bombarded with conversations about the owners achievements, accomplishments and successes. They can't stop showing-off and boasting about wining contracts or how much property they own. This seems to be the highlights of discussions amongst senior management at head office every day in my experience of working for them. It's very cringeworthy listening and like some sort of a competition to be discussing who wears what designer suit or who has the most expensive Rolex watch.
Nothing else seems to be important and only how much money they have in the bank or who has the fastest Range Rover. The boss goes around acting as if he is part of the mafia. His over inflated ego has spoilt the companies reputation look at me culture I am trying to be a gangster. They are a greedy company paying themselves 1.3 million in company dividend shares. They also received from tax payers money £179,086 for job retention scheme in 2020.
Two beneficiaries the CEO and his wife are the only persons registered after checking out the public records at companies house.
This business has achieved nothing to better the hard working employees who are all paid minimum wage. ( My opinion is based on evidential facts perfectly legal observations) if you work for MAN Commercial just like I did its hugely important and relevant that you hear about my experiences, so how could they be saying otherwise unless they are trying to cover up something and don't want you to hear about it. They always trying to silence and suppress it's employees is predictable, boring and desperate hearing MAN say to every negative review this person has never worked for us.

The recruiting processes are appalling and your more likely to be paying for a drunk to be guarding your premises or someone who likes to sleep through a 12 hour shift.

Absolutely terrible company to work for, lies lies lies all along the way, no decent management, I would be surprised if the contracts manager we had could spell contract! No clue whatsoever on running a contract, worst manager I have ever had, no communication and not bothered about the staff, man seem to use agency instead of getting regular reliefs and they are useless! The company is one big mess! I would not recommend anyone going to work for these unscrupulous people! Avoid avoid avoid!

And I did work for man commercial, so please do not put your generic reply as you usually do in your comments saying that I've never worked for you and someone is sending these reviews out of spite! I was an employee and thankfully not now! Man commercial needs to buck it's ideas up and try to run a company for the employees also, not just fobbing the clients off at every attempt! Shocking company that needs to be exposed.!

It can be a little startling when a rude individual from man commercial barks at you, " Don't you know who I am? " Being a self-absorbed jerk certainly isn't going to win anyone popularity contests. We've all met self-important people who think that the world revolves around them. You would expect that someone who had their life together would be more humble and wouldn't demand that anybody should know who they are. Full of themselves always bragging and boasting on social media about contracts. Horrible company to work for, worst management I have ever experienced. Cowboy mob culture mind set doesn't begin to describe the dive. The atmosphere was awful full of bully boy bosses with massive egos throwing their weight about. It's that bad current control room employees are Inviting new recruits to join the Union in preparation for any agro in advance. Be warned.
