I didn't end up booking through Majmua Travels, but I still wanted to leave a review because of the excellent service I received from Saad Malik. He was extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to offer me the best possible deal. He even went as far as offering to match or beat another quote, which I really appreciated. Throughout our conversation, he was respectful, patient, and never pushy. Even though I ultimately chose a different package that better fit my family's needs, my experience with Saad was very positive. I would definitely consider reaching out to him again in the future and recommend him to others looking for helpful and dedicated travel assistance.
Outstanding agency with exceptional responsiveness. Javeria is an exemplary agent who consistently stays on top of every detail and proactively ensures all my questions are addressed. He responds promptly, always with professionalism, clarity, and genuine kindness. His honesty and high level of expertise give me complete confidence in both his work and the integrity of the company. Truly a top-tier experience.
I am with my family recently returned from my Umrah trip arranged by Majmua Travel, and I have to say the experience was outstanding. Their agent, Mr. Aleem was extremely professional every detail and stayed in touch almost after each service they provided seamless transportation to booking my airline tickets and arranging stays in five-star hotels, everything was impeccably organized. Thanks to them, my Umrah journey was smooth and completely hassle-free. Highly recommended travel through Majmua.
Brother Saad is awesome and kept his word in all respect. It was my great experience with the supporting staff in Mecca and Medina. Alhamdulillah, we were able to complete all the rituals. May Allah accept our Umrah and give us the capability to perform more Hajj and Umrah in the future. The driver was very much co-operative in Mecca and Median. The hotel accommodation was perfect. I am so much pleased with all the services and will be pleased to recommend anybody in the future for the service.
My parents and myself went to Majmua umrah and our agent Council was Saad and he was really good and he helped us all through our journey and he was answering questions and our calls. If you guys want to go smoothly your journey ask for him. I gave him 5/5 stars
I had an amazing experience booking my Umrah through this travel agency. From the very beginning, Saad was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. After my initial inquiry, he contacted me promptly and provided multiple package options based on the times I shared. He clearly explained all the perks and details that came with each option and patiently answered all of my questions. Once I selected my package, Saad handled the payment process smoothly and efficiently, and all of my documents were processed quickly and sent through the proper channels. My visa was completed without any issues. When I arrived, everything was exactly as promised. I was picked up on time, transported for every scheduled trip, and taken to all the tours that were explained in advance. The organization and coordination were excellent throughout the entire journey. Most importantly, I was able to perform my ibadah in a peaceful, fulfilling, and stress-free way. I felt truly supported the entire trip and was very happy with the overall experience. I highly recommend this agency, and especially Saad, to anyone planning their Umrah
I had a great experience with Majmua, the kept in touch and addressed any issues I had promptly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to go for Hajj or Umrah.
I have not travelled with Majmua yet, but my first time experience in booking my planned family Umrah trip for 2027 was awesome. The level of attention to my specific requirements to customize the combined Umrah and vacation trip to Dubai was amazing. I am looking forward to having my Pullman Zam Zam Kaaba view hotel accommodation at Makkah and an overall delightful travel experience with Majmua to share more reviews…
Ali was very polite and responsive. He tried very hard to find me a land package but unfortunately it was slightly over my budget. I will inshaAllah try to book with him next time. I highly recommend! Thank you
I was connected with Javeria for planning our umrah trip. She was very responsible and very helpful. She made the package exactly how I wanted it.

My spouse and I booked our Umrah through Majmua for October 1st week. We wanted Couple's Umrah, and the team arranged it perfectly. Our accommodation in Makkah was immaculate, while our stay in Madinah was perfect. The most memorable moment for us was the arrival. Overall highly recommended Majmua.
We selected Majmua's private Umrah package because of price. The itinerary was tailored around our dates and our hotel arrangements was perfect. Private transportation was arranged. We appreciated the flexibility of reschedueling and found the overall experience perfect. Highly recomended.
Our group consisted of 14 travelers. We particularly appreciated the response from Br. Saad. The hotels in Makkah and Madinah were good, and the transportation was excellent. The overall expereince was good.
We traveled with Majmua during October and appreciated the timely response from team. The 5-star hotel arrangements in both holy cities were excellent, and the transfers were perfect. The Umrah schedule was in night, giving us decent amount of time for worship..
Our Umrah experience with Majmua was good. We stayed at Pullman Zam Zam and Shaza Regency, and the accommodations were fine. The transportation between the airport, hotels, and cities was excellent. What stood out most about the group was highly organized. Brother Zahid did a good job Overall,
