I can't give zero stars

The one star is because I can't go any lower. I give them a minus zero. I decided to use MadeComfy because I met one of the CEOs of the company and felt confident it would be ok. I was a little skeptical as a previous experience left me quite uncomfortable. I travel overseas and thought I was leaving my place in good hands. Boy was I wrong! The terms were that I would have a room locked, making it easier for me to have access when I come home. Upon my arrival, I picked up the keys from my dad to unlock the lock for my room. Turns out the keys were not able to open the lock. I had one of the keys sent by uber. When I opened the bedroom my heart stopped. My room was like a hurricane had gone through it. Next, the series of events, or perhaps I should call them little bombs, proceeded to detonate. The first bomb, the TV in the guest room was broken. They didn't even tell me it was broken. It wasn't till I enquired that they thought to tell me. Oh, how happy were they, thinking they were doing me a favor by buying a new one. A new one that is smaller than the one they destroyed. So they try to cheat you out of what is rightfully yours. As each day went by I was finding new bombs. My towels were used to clean their dog. I have had expensive hair utensils stolen, satin pillowcases a brand new Bamix set stolen my makeup palettes and foundations, and some brushes that are worth thousands of dollars all gone. One of my designer handbags is missing, and my clothes were worn and thrown back in the wardrobe. I wish I could add photos because you have to see them to believe them. They stole so much that I will probably never be reimbursed for it. Because MadeComfy expects you the landlord to use your insurance. The best one is what I found today... I found the metal piece the tenant broke trying to unlock the door. What does MadeComfy do? They failed to let me know that the lock had been changed! I had to ring and speak to Alan, so after talking to him he said he would call me back. God no, no phone call. Again the coward sends me an email. I decided to call back and the lovely receptionist (NOT) hung up on me. They felt uncomfortable with the context or tone of correspondence and the fact that I had shared my circumstances. Someone said in one of the reviews that Madecomfy has no empathy, Dido! They are heartless and all they think about is the money they can make off you. They hide behind their emails and respond when it suits them. Then you receive an email from darling Shannyn, advising that Alan and Kelly will not be taking my calls and I will only be allowed to receive any notices or instructions by email! Cowards!
I reported it to the police and it's classified as a burglary. So there you have it do not ever use MadeComfy because comfy it's not! And their cleaners are woeful. I'd hate to think what they do on a bad day!
