My phone number has not been working since January 9.
As of February 5, I have been without service for over 25 days.
I am a paying customer with an active, paid plan, yet I cannot make or receive calls. This number is required for work and daily communication.
I contacted Lycamobile USA customer support multiple times by phone and email. Phone support repeatedly instructs me to contact email support. Email support either does not respond at all or responds after several days and then stops replying again. At this point, Lycamobile USA support is ignoring my requests.
I have completed all requested verification steps, including:
Identity/CIP verification,
Providing my full name and email linked to my Lycamobile USA account,
Providing the last four digits of my payment card,
Providing plan name, activation date, and payment details.
Despite providing all required information, Lycamobile USA has not restored my service and has not provided any explanation for the issue. The company has also failed to provide account details required to transfer my number to another carrier.
This is an unreasonable and prolonged service outage with no communication, no resolution, and no accountability from Lycamobile USA.
I am requesting assistance to ensure that Lycamobile USA either:
Restores my phone service immediately, or

VICTORY! I finally got my money back, but ONLY through a bank CHARGEBACK.
I purchased a LycaMobile SIM card for my car, but it never worked due to their migration to the AT&T network. I didn't use a single minute of the plan. Support promised a refund but did nothing, so I filed a chargeback with my Bank on the 5th day.
Immediately after filing the chargeback, LycaMobile completely blocked my phone number [*******280] and my account access.
They are now actively preventing my bank from recovering the funds. LycaMobile is using dirty tactics by locking me out of my data and disabling the number.
LycaMobile does not keep its promises and uses dirty tactics. Be very careful with this operator — they take your money and give empty promises. They blocked a customer instead of solving a technical issue.
Desired outcome: Full refund.
If you decide to switch from Lyca to another service, be aware that Lyca does not refund your account balance. Instead, they insist that you stay with Lyca for an additional month to receive your money back. Additionally, their customer service representatives can be unhelpful and impolite when explaining this procedure. It is advisable to steer clear of Lyca as a service provider, as they appear to take advantage of customers due to their technical limitations in processing refunds promptly.
Worst customer services ever.
Even after paying for needed services, I am struggling to get service enabled since past 19 days. This is pathetic and ridiculous, nobody in customer care understand the pain and struggle customer is facing and they keep on dragging the issue with no resolution. Experience and pain I got with lyca customer service is forcing me for review here.
I tried reaching all channel for help and resolution.
Phone - Customer tech is too rude in response to an extent that he was not ready to disclose his name when asked for. I attempted 3 time in past 19 days and everytime they came up with lame excuse that some other xyz team is working on it and when asked to connect with their supervisor or lead they simply pretend that they are not hearing you and disconnects the call.
Chat - Connected 3-4 time in last 19 days. Seems chat always goes in loops with automated reply and you will be confused with all error message. Any way no help from here as well
Email - Email is going on since past 18 days, no resolution yet.
