I have ordered hair from Luvme for years. The presentation on this delivery was not it, I received 3 bundles they were all in individual boxes. Each bundle was packaged differently, as if they all came from somewhere else.

I've been shopping with Luvme Hair for about two years now, and the quality has always been amazing, but they truly outdid themselves with this one!
This wig is super beginner-friendly. The lace came pre-cut perfectly, the curls are soft and beautiful, and it melts so naturally into my skin. It does shed a little, but that's pretty normal for curly hair. Overall, I'm genuinely in love with this unit.
I get compliments on it all the time, and everybody thinks it's my real hair. It definitely gives scalp! 💁🏾

The wig that I purchased wasn't as good as others that I've received. It's the curly short wig but it's very frizzy and doesn't look good after a few days of wear. Also I'm equally disappointed that I didn't receive any free gifts in the box as you guys usually send with each wig purchase. It will be awhile before I order again from this company. It seems as if you're not providing customers with the same level of service as in previous purchases.
