I love the dress! I was hesitant to order from a website that I had never ordered from before. I was scared that it was a scam. After we placed the order, I sent a question through the complaint department because I couldn't find a website for the company. (It's *******@lucysdresses.com). They responded within 2 hours verifying my order and answering my question. We received the dress 2 days earlier than guaranteed, and it is gorgeous! It looks just like the picture and only needed a slight alteration. (We didn't have it custom made. We ordered a standard size). I would definitely order from this website again and I would recommend it to others.
I was a little iffy about the site just because of how inexpensive the dress was- but I found a prom dress that i REALLY liked and went for it. Shipping was kinda expensive since it was out of China and I'm in the U.S. but I ordered the dress on the 10th and got it on the 13th! I made the date of arrival for feb. 13th and got it jan. 13th (A full month early!)
Anyways, I absolutely LOVE the dress! It was very true to the size chart on the website and and color in the picture. I would definitely order another dress from this website!
The dress my daughter order arrived the day after it was promised which was her Homecoming so she did not have the dress to wear. Even if it had arrived she could not have worn it as it came in as a floor length formal gown when she ordered a shorter cocktail length dress. Lucy's has offered to refund 40% and I pay the shipping which makes it not even worth returning so I am trying to sell it in a resell shop to get more of my money back.
This dress is really gorgeous, looks just like the picture. I ordered a size 4. It fits me very food. I feel so happy i got o lot compliments in the party. Will definitely order from you again.

This site is amazing! I accidentally put my order to come in October 20th instead of September 20th, and i am writing this on September 24th, with my homecoming 3 days away. After contacting them and letting them know, they were able to ship it out and it is on its way now! I couldn't be more excited, thank you so much!
First of all I want to say thank you for fast delivery. The dress have very good quality and it look like as it was on picture. I am very happy although I'll have to do some corrections because the dress in some parts is just fit and in others is too large... Next time I will definitly order and bought the dress with custom size. I definitely recommend your web site and this dress. Thanks a lot..

Even though my daughter's dress is beautiful, it has spots on it. It looks as though someone was doing something eating maybe and it dripped on the dress. This dress cost too much for me to experience this.
I just received my dress today & I'am absolutely in love with it! It needs minor alterations due to me being very petite but other than that it is perfect. Buying any type of clothing online can be risky, especially a dress but it looks just like it does in the picture & I'am beyond satisfied!
I received my dress it fits perfect. I ordered it one size bigger just in case and I'm glad I did because I did not anticipate the inner lining. It is in perfect condition and it's very good quality. I am very confortable in it. This is the first itme I have ever ordered anything online and I am very happy. I will definitly order again from this site and I strongly recommend it. It took a month and a week for shippment but it was well worth it.

We purchased this dress for homecoming. We were a little worried about getting it on time since it was coming from China and we live in Wisconsin. We had less than 3 weeks to get it. This dress shipped the day after we ordered it and we got it within a week, earlier than what we requested. The dress fit perfect and the color was what we ordered. Definitely will be ordering from this company again. The tracking was great also!
