I ordered 3 of the 250 year "WE THE PEOPLE" Canisters for $105.98. They were to be glass, with a Liberty Bell stopper and a 3D design on the bottle
I received a 3 plastic bottles, with a decal on the front and a generic black bottle stopper.
In order to get a refund, they said shipping back to them is $50-80.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
This roduct did not match the photos and return cost makes refund unrealistic.
I ordered the Olygee Fullguard Beanie from LIBIYI on 1/28. The total cost was $34.99, plus $9.99 shipping and $4.00 tax.
The beanie I received did not match the quality shown in the product photos. The knitting was sloppy, and the brim would not stay in place — it kept falling down over my eyes, making it difficult to see. When I put it on I heard threads snapping which sounded like seams tearing. The overall appearance and construction were noticeably lower quality than advertised.
When I contacted LIBIYI about a refund, I was told I would need to pay return shipping to China, which they indicated would cost approximately $50–$80 - that's more than the original cost of the product, making a return and refund unrealistic. Instead they offered me $8.00. They charge $4 for taxes (not sure what that is based on) and offer $8 if you are not satisfied with their product.
I wish I had read reviews before I made the purchase.
Fortunately since I paid via PayPal they (PP) are refunding me the $34.99.
Do not buy from this company, its directly from China and the products on their website is NOTHING like what you think you are purchasing. The poorest quality and they will charge you almost 100 dollars to ship products back to China for a refund. They dont care about customer satisfaction because after they get your money its almost impossible to get back what you paid. They are counting on you to pay for shipping the items back and make it so unreasonable. LIBIYI IS A SCAM!
We bought two pairs of socks from them at 30 dollars a pair. Later found the same socks on Amazon only 9.99/pair. We tried to return the items, and could not find a way to return. It seems that the items are directly shipped from China
These are an absolute misleading advertising... I ordered 3 by mistake ( one with broken handle bars) they are very fragile... picture shows them full of what you think is whisky.
They are smaller than you think... would hold maybe can of beer... do not purchase as you will be disappointed
Fanyil V-Twin Reserve
As the mother of an army Vet, I was very excited to purchase this product. The pictures are not only deceiving. They are absolute fakes. The online ads show a wood crafting process to make the wreath and they show a three dimensional product. What you get is simply a cheap thin, flat piece of cardboard that could be purchased at a $. 99 store or a dollar store. I am flabbergasted that they get away with this kind of advertising. This company should be run out of business. It is an inferior quality product and not at all what is advertised. I have never been so disappointed with an online purchase. Like a fool, I purchased three of them because I thought they would make beautiful gifts if they were truly like the wood carving three-dimensional productsin the pictures. Instead, I wouldn't give them to my worst enemy.
Brave Wings Wreath is a scam. Pictures used show a 3 dimensional supposedly hand carved wreath. What you get is a flat lithograph printed 1/8" composite board worth maybe $1.99 (and that's generous) at the Dollar Store. No dealing with this outfit either, they are out to screw you. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

What I received is different from what I ordered and definitely not worth the price of what I want.
They don't send the product you buy, but a cheap ridiculous version of it. I can't access my account anymore and they do t reply to my email.
I thought I purchased a colorful wooden wreath. I received a 1/8 inch painted small board with bad paint coloring. I would give it a value of $5. I paid 5 times that to this scam website.
Fake wreath
I paid 70 for black orthopedic sandals. When they arrived, they were nothing like the advertised product. They were cheap as cheap can get. I put in a dispute through PayPal and they said I could return, but I had to pay $50 to ship back. I told them no, and waiting for PayPal decision. BEWARE SCAM!
Bought metal bird and in advertising thought I was buying stained glass birds and most recent bunny on advertisement turns its head and actual product not anything like pic in advertisement
Outfany LuxeGem Mug is marketed as a nice stone mug, but it's actually cheap plastic and the actual product is nothing like the marketing images
Buyer beware! I bought 2 pairs of shoes ($110 for both) but when I received them, I observed that they were probably made in China for $1 per pair. The photographs were great but the products did not live up.
Also, to make a return for a full refund, you send them back to China! Not simple. To send 2 pairs cost me $47.to get $110 back. This being said, customer service was nice, responsive and accurate. I learned my lesson!
Ran into this ad LIBIYI for bras while surfing google. This company claims a 70 year old woman designed these bras and will help improve your posture. I suffer from severe back issues and thought these bras would be a perfect fit. WRONG! These looked like a 7 year old made them from scraps of material found on the floor. Unless you have small breasts and are petite these bras will not fit you. As far as helping with your posture these bras do noy have the support needed to do so. I texted the company for their refund policy and was told I would have to pay return shipping costs and they could not guarantee they would get their product back bc they may be lost in transit. They did offer to send me more bras in a different size, but again, I would have to pay for the shipping costs. Now, why would I want more of this product when I can see how poorly made they are? These are made in CHINA. If I knew this before hitting the "place order" button I never would have done it. Why don't the companies from out of the U.S. say where the product is coming from? JOKES ON WOMEN! My advice is when you see this ad come up just keep on going. Not worth the headache.
